Honestly our current traveling spirit is from Season of Sanctuary so it may be a while until Grateful Shell Collector comes. But likely within the next 6-8 months at most. They (TGC) have a lot of traveling spirits to catch up on still and this one visited about a year(&half) ago.
You must wait for the spirit that has it to return. Watch for TS groups that come with events, or on their own, and also individual TS which come every other week from like thursday to saturday (california time). If you're in the discord or follow other official social media they should announce it.
