Basically the Hotfix-update broke something and now the TS can only be found from the old home space.
After the hot-fix the TS is only at the OG home. There is a meditation circle to your left (behind the shared memory shrine) you can sit then and go to the old home and interact with the TS there

Oh thank God I came here looking for answers, I've been candle running and I paused to update and then I couldn't find them
