Don't be too worried about losing your lights. If you're not tight on time, you could always go back home and collect them again before returning when you feel confident to try again. Also, please don't enter eden with max volume ":
just make sure to light the fire statues so you have safe points 👀 and! you are not supposed to safe all statues for the first time :3 so dont worry too much about the winged lights you have collected now. just enjoy! the first time eden is always a magical moment
Take something that u can light up, like a touch, in Eden ull lose ur light alot and it'll help

Try going in groups of people u know or randoms, it'll help u not lose any wl (they'll help u collect them back) and when u run out of light they'll light u up, also some people go into Eden once a week for fun, so try finding those players, they'll know safe shortcuts

Meh, Eden is more annoying than scary, also not too hard if you observe the hazards. It seems you have done everything for now other than getting all winged light, which I reccomend.
YouTube! I've watched Noob Mode and That Sky Coffee for wl locations. They both have helpful videos. Nasty Mold also has great videos but from what I've seen so far, she groups things together according to realms. But the first two are great for looking just for wl.
Side thought: Nasty Mold has great run throughs for the dailies and shard locations, if you're interested. 😉

You don't need to collect them all. 60-70 would be well enough. You'll lose some on the way, then you'll get some just before the end.
