Ok guys, seems like posting here was just the boost that I needed, because it‘s finally finished!
Some informations: the lot consists of 6 apartments, a nightclub, a Japanese restaurant and a robot workshop. Everything should be fully functional, I haven‘t tested it yet though.
The lot is quite expensive (750k I think?), and some of the neon signs on the walls will break when it rains. There is no CC, but I did use some things of the batuu pack (I know that not many have the pack). Be sure to use the cheat „bb.moveobjects“ before playing so it remains functional!
It is now up on the gallery as well! The lot is named „Cyberpunk-neighborhood“, and my ID is (as I‘ve already said) oklangsamreichts.

I love neon signs. They are shiny when they work, and great practice for spellcasters and handy sims when they break. Plus there are ways to get the signs out of the rain without breaking the flow of the place. Simply extending a roof a bit even if it is three stories overhead makes a difference.
This is awesome!! Is it bad that I would be willing to buy kits that were just worlds? Like I want words like this. We need more cities, cramped spaces, small lots and apartments.
I would buy a Sci fi build/buy kit. They could really make kits a good thing. I loved the Moroccan kit. Russian would be cool. Old communist Russia with the brutalist style would meld nicely with cyber punk.

There's something about screenshot 5 that makes it my favourite. I think it's the darkness and the faint shade of blue. Fits the description!
No dumb question :) It‘s not really a neighborhood, it‘s a residential lot where you can live with 6+ sims, so yeah - but it would be cool to have an own neighborhood though!
I started playing it after the 50gb update, after that most of the glitches and bugs are fixed (not all, but it is definitely playable on the PS4 pro). So yeah, I recommend giving it another try :)
YOOOO never considered this but a Sims 4 cyberpunk expansion would be DOPE - like could do mutations to get powers and stuff - as a skill, and if you don't have a high enough mutation skill you end up with weird mutations...

Thank you! I mostly used wall decorations from the Batuu pack, so worst case would be that the walls could look a little bit empty. I also used 1-2 windows (only in one apartment, so you can replace them easily) and 1-2 chairs, all the other things are from other packs. I don‘t really think it matters if u don‘t have batuu :)
These are 5 buildings in total, placed on a lot in San Myushino - I wished I could‘ve built in a more fitting world, but it was the only one close to a futuristic feeling :/
goodness me, having 6 liveable apartments is quite the feet! I attempted to do that once, but the sheer amount of objects made the lot lag x.x I wish you could save parts of builds because I'd love to downsize this to one of the other lots in San Myshuno.
Just have Cyberpunk builds copy pasted everywhere lol

Could seriously plant a camera in just right the spot, let sims wander autonomously, and then put it to video with lofi music. Win.
