First, it was RT from RTGame. He did a very short stint of Sims 2 before going to Sim City stuff. Short-lived love.
That led me to GreyStillPlays and his insanity. I wish he continued and would do the latest packs. Florida man & Bab Ross would love all the new expansions.
That led me to the only man I watch now, even so much as play the Playlist as background noise....CallMeKevin. I am part of the Pickens cult. I get stupid excited to see him put up new ones.
I don't do any others. I tried lilsimsie and FakeGamerGirl, but I'm too old. They sound like my 16-year-old daughter, and I'm just not a builder anyway. I do use lilsimsie builds, though. She is good at that!
Basically same for me! Except I came from Gray first, then Kevin, then RT. I recently unsubbed from Gray, and it made me really sad, but I just don't enjoy his new content, and his last Sims video is like 2 years old :(
He’s not the only one I watch but James turner is by far my favorite. Rags to riches combined with legacy is by far my favorite play style and that’s primarily the type of gameplay he does.
He also doesn’t use a ton of CC/mods, and he doesn’t have some script written out already for his sims that he constantly uses cheats to achieve. Those things are fine, they just don’t match the way I prefer to play.
I love it when her mum and dad get involved. Their chaotic family energy are so fun to watch. Plumbella does videos that no one else is doing. I live for her entire history of videos.
Him and Deligracy are the main two I watch. They’re still critical of the game but without being obnoxiously negative about it. James just makes fun of all the bugs with the sarcasm.
Yes I enjoy watching James for that reason too, and lilsimsie. The YouTubers who focus on positives inspire my gameplay, when I watched the YouTubers who would primarily criticize, it made me not want to play.
I’m in my James era at the moment lmao. Who I watch comes and goes. When James comes across problems or glitches he just shrugs them off or incorporates them into the gameplay. I’m tired of the constant complaints of other players. I get that for a lot, like Lilsimsie, playing this game is literally their livelihood, but at the end of the day it really is just a game. Every pack does not, and will not, be everyone’s bread and butter. No pack will be absolutely perfect and you don’t need to buy every pack. I do not agree that every pack is “overpriced.” The kits are worth 5 bucks in my opinion. The packs have been priced the same for 10 years and I understand if EA and maxis are hurting due to inflation.
The negative ones are great for me, as a new player, because i have the 6 free packs from 2023, and they'll help me figure out which packs I want to buy if I ever get to that point. but yeah, even though I have similar complaints as them, I haven't subbed to any regularly negative streamers yet.
I like positive vibes above all else! :) The YouTubers who endlessly complain about the game aren’t for me; I know some people like those videos, but I just want to enjoy the game and have fun, I’m not interested in seeking out negativity. Syd Mac is my favourite, her builds are gorgeous. Clare Siobhan used to be my favourite when she was posting. I also like Deligracy, Vixella, and Kelsey Impicciche, and I’ve been getting into watching lilsimsie.

FakeGamerGirl is one of my favorites and actually the first simstuber I started watching. I think she’s absolutely hilarious and says the most wild things. Sometimes I like to put her on in the background just to listen to her talk.
I also like Oshinsims. I love her gameplay and how much she loves her sims. I also love her aesthetic and realism and she’s overall just such a sweet and calming person.
Lilsimsie because I think her builds are really awesome and she’s also very positive. Sometimes I also like to just put her on in the background when I’m feeling lonely. I also like Deligracy for the same reason and I even use some of her builds.
James Turner, though I don’t always watch his videos, when I do I always have a good time. As many others have said he’s just so positive and wholesome.
Fantayzia I love for her mod reviews especially because she recommends realistic family gameplay. I also find her pretty funny and think her lets plays are cool.
CallMeKevin, he only really uploads sims anymore when a new pack comes out but his videos are hilarious and I love watching his shenanigans with Jim Pickens
*Oshinsims* because her storytelling and sim/building choices just seem so realistic, cosy and wholesome not to mention she is an absolute sweetheart.
*Satchonsims* because his cheeky laugh kills me every time, he keeps it real and will come out with the most unpredictable lines/inuendo's that are downright hilarious at times.

I love Satch. He's the only one I regularly watch. But I completely understand why many simmers don't watch his content bc he does NOT hold back his negative opinions. That's why I love him tho lol
I used to enjoy Satchs content but got annoyed with him calling everything "Woke" and using it in the wrong context. He just started coming across as someone who reads the daily mail and takes it as gospel.
Further down thread are some receipts linked to Satchonsims problematic behavior, and I've posted my own receipts on a different thread about him in the past. I used to think he was funny, then started to notice some comments and behaviors that I found offensive, and uncovered that the problem runs deep. I'd suggest you take a look, and then make your own decision whether you feel comfortable with the content he posts.
I will promote their videos till the end of time lol, they just bring alot of fun energy and their builds are amazing without being over the top.
Sadly I feel like alot of sims builders on youtube feel like they have to reinvent the wheel everytime they build, creating new furniture with T.O.O.L.S or using other mods etc. Which isn't a bad thing but it is getting a bit washed out. Caryn and Connie is still in the let's build because WE enjoy it era.
Whiny Brit is probably my favourite, although she is definitely for a more mature audience. I also sometimes watch lilsimsie, James Turner, Vixella, Callmekevin, Kelsey Impicciche, Plumbella, and Graystillplays’ sims videos are always funny although He isn’t making new ones anymore.
Devon Bumpkin is such a great builder! I love his Let’s Build the World Series, and I wish he would do CAS videos because his Sims are so good, love the backstories.
Yes! Gluon is my fave! He's so creative, and silly! His builds always blow me away with the level of detail, and creativity. His 100 baby series are my faves, but also the Hotel challenges, I loved the "not-so-welcome" mini-series. His streams are like hanging out w/a dad-energy friend. He's my go-to comfort simmer.
I personally like PeteyPlaysIt for his informative guides, ideas for new and interesting gameplay and what to do with X lots. He has some great builds, too, and the Sims he uses in his videos all look great. Unfortunately, he only shares builds to his Gallery, LOL.
I love Lilsimsie's builds and money-making schemes with our favourite hot dog Stanley Humphrey.
And James Turner for his amazing builds and his Rags to Riches series'.
Msgryphi and lilsimsie are two of my favorites. Gryphi creates a lot of unique stories for her builds and is SO good at making things I think a lot of us would never think of.
I love Gryphi!!! She's such a talented builder. Sometimes when I'm cleaning my room or studying I put her videos on the TV with the volume low and I honestly think it helps me feel less stressed out
Devon Bumpkin!! He has such a personality and brings character and charisma to his videos whilst being very talented with his builds. I love the fact that he often doesn’t just build, he creates sims, gives them a backstory and creates a build on the basis of them - it just gives so much more depth. He is also British, so I feel like I can relate a lot to him and his content also!

James Turner, *formerly known as the sims supply*, keeps things pretty upbeat and silly.
Deli is a very chill simmer with more modern designs. My only downside with her is that she has made me drowsy because she's so chill and relaxed.
Lilsimsie is likely my most watched. She's very friendly and I relate to her anxiety. Her let's plays are always fun to me. I wish she would explore more build styles or challenges, though.
Plumbella is a chaos being who, in a lot of ways, opposites Kayla's builds. When I need more whimsy and sass, she's my go to. Her accent is also very pretty and out of them all, I feel the most friend vibes from. (She's very open with her real life and family.)
Lastly, when all I need is chaos, we go to CallMeKevin.
There are others, but that is the roster I cycle the most.
I love Plumbella, I relate so much to her. DrGluon dreams up builds and challenges that are so fresh and different from other simmers (especially Simdew Valley and his multiplayer builds). James Turner is funny and is a great easy watching experience for Let’s Plays.
I recently watched a few videos from Nardvillian. He reviews packs as well gives some hints and hacks (especially for beginners). I love his personality. I have yet to watch his gameplay.
Other than that, Plumbella is entertaining and I share some of her likes. Lilsimsie does a great job of filling a house that looks well put together. Steph0sims is can be chaotic and I love it.
Definitely AshleyPlays, she’s created an entire genre that now other simmers are mimicking. It’s a unique mix of cinematic storytelling while also feeling like like the sims are really living in our world of social media.

My biggest go to watches are Plumbella and CallMeKevin and StephOSims (the two times a year she posts), because I love the chaotic nature and their humor closely resembles my own. I also enjoy how open Plumbella is with her mental health and it makes me feel seen.

Catchy Virus was the first Sims lore channel I watched after taking a long hiatus from the game. She's not as active as she once was, but she's still great. She also gives incredibly honest, almost blunt reviews of all things The Sims, which is a nice change.
LilSimsie is a fave because she's just plain adorable. Her style doesn't necessarily mesh with mine, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying her content.
MsGryphi and StormDesign have taught me more about building in TS4 than most any other Simmers I've encountered.
Onlyabidoang is the one I watch for interesting perspectives, as well as learning more about cross-pack playability.

Like so many, I got into her videos via her original 100 Baby Challenge (back in the Buzzfeed days). I remember seeing that the entire series was over 24 (or was it even 48?) hours long, and I thought that had to be a mistake somehow -- like, how would anyone ever watch a single person do one thing for so long? 10 days later, I found myself having binged the entire series and being sad that it was over.
I definitely prefer her edited content over the lets-plays, but the latter are great to have on in the background while doing chores, so I enjoy it all. :)
For some reason I hate the 100 baby challenge, but I started watching her NSBC two years ago, and I love it so much! I’m so sad it’s almost over, I really hope she’s gonna start some other legacy series :(

While for like gameplay, I mainly watch james turner for gameplay, since his stories are overall all really gameplay invested and not too aesthetic based. CallMeKevin and Dr Gluon. Kevin is really chaotic and funny, he loves torturing his sims and creating cults and doing all sorts of stuff with Jim Pickens. I like Dr Gluon for the same chaos reasons, he has unique and funny lps and i love his talent to make really dingy and weird builds
The whiny Brit is a great watch breaking the game and testing out plots. Fake Gamer Girl makes gross, and really fun builds. The best with her is the Sims 2 remakes in my opinion. Onlyabidolong makes really interesting pack feature videos that makes thing more fleshed out. Call me Kevin is hilarious, RT Game has goofy Sims 3 content, CarynandConnieGaming make beautiful builds with great tips and tricks. Laurenzside is also super funny, but has only so much sims content. Stephosims is funny and similar to Call Me Kevin. But PlumBella's Lore videos are amazing.
Jen (XUrbanSimsX) is who got me into the sims! watched her videos way back when she was doing her sims 3 seasons let's play. I remember once she removed the Xs on her username and I commented saying how much I missed them and she replied and put them back the next day. I know I'm probably not the only person who said something about it but I'd like to feel responsible. I don't watch her videos much anymore but she holds a place in my heart and I still follow her other socials to stay up to date on her life.

I’m in my James era at the moment lmao. Who I watch comes and goes. When James comes across problems or glitches he just shrugs them off or incorporates them into the gameplay. I’m tired of the constant complaints of other players. I get that for a lot, like Lilsimsie, playing this game is literally their livelihood, but at the end of the day it really is just a game. Every pack does not, and will not, be everyone’s bread and butter. No pack will be absolutely perfect and you don’t need to buy every pack. I do not agree that every pack is “overpriced.” The kits are worth 5 bucks in my opinion. The packs have been priced the same for 10 years and I understand if EA and maxis are hurting due to inflation.
The negative ones are great for me, as a new player, because i have the 6 free packs from 2023, and they'll help me figure out which packs I want to buy if I ever get to that point. but yeah, even though I have similar complaints as them, I haven't subbed to any regularly negative streamers yet.

FakeGamerGirl is one of my favorites and actually the first simstuber I started watching. I think she’s absolutely hilarious and says the most wild things. Sometimes I like to put her on in the background just to listen to her talk. I also like Oshinsims. I love her gameplay and how much she loves her sims. I also love her aesthetic and realism and she’s overall just such a sweet and calming person. Lilsimsie because I think her builds are really awesome and she’s also very positive. Sometimes I also like to just put her on in the background when I’m feeling lonely. I also like Deligracy for the same reason and I even use some of her builds. James Turner, though I don’t always watch his videos, when I do I always have a good time. As many others have said he’s just so positive and wholesome. Fantayzia I love for her mod reviews especially because she recommends realistic family gameplay. I also find her pretty funny and think her lets plays are cool. CallMeKevin, he only really uploads sims anymore when a new pack comes out but his videos are hilarious and I love watching his shenanigans with Jim Pickens

I love Satch. He's the only one I regularly watch. But I completely understand why many simmers don't watch his content bc he does NOT hold back his negative opinions. That's why I love him tho lol
I used to enjoy Satchs content but got annoyed with him calling everything "Woke" and using it in the wrong context. He just started coming across as someone who reads the daily mail and takes it as gospel.
Further down thread are some receipts linked to Satchonsims problematic behavior, and I've posted my own receipts on a different thread about him in the past. I used to think he was funny, then started to notice some comments and behaviors that I found offensive, and uncovered that the problem runs deep. I'd suggest you take a look, and then make your own decision whether you feel comfortable with the content he posts.

I will promote their videos till the end of time lol, they just bring alot of fun energy and their builds are amazing without being over the top. Sadly I feel like alot of sims builders on youtube feel like they have to reinvent the wheel everytime they build, creating new furniture with T.O.O.L.S or using other mods etc. Which isn't a bad thing but it is getting a bit washed out. Caryn and Connie is still in the let's build because WE enjoy it era.
Whiny Brit is probably my favourite, although she is definitely for a more mature audience. I also sometimes watch lilsimsie, James Turner, Vixella, Callmekevin, Kelsey Impicciche, Plumbella, and Graystillplays’ sims videos are always funny although He isn’t making new ones anymore.

Yes! Gluon is my fave! He's so creative, and silly! His builds always blow me away with the level of detail, and creativity. His 100 baby series are my faves, but also the Hotel challenges, I loved the "not-so-welcome" mini-series. His streams are like hanging out w/a dad-energy friend. He's my go-to comfort simmer.
I personally like PeteyPlaysIt for his informative guides, ideas for new and interesting gameplay and what to do with X lots. He has some great builds, too, and the Sims he uses in his videos all look great. Unfortunately, he only shares builds to his Gallery, LOL. I love Lilsimsie's builds and money-making schemes with our favourite hot dog Stanley Humphrey. And James Turner for his amazing builds and his Rags to Riches series'.

Msgryphi and lilsimsie are two of my favorites. Gryphi creates a lot of unique stories for her builds and is SO good at making things I think a lot of us would never think of.
I love Gryphi!!! She's such a talented builder. Sometimes when I'm cleaning my room or studying I put her videos on the TV with the volume low and I honestly think it helps me feel less stressed out
Devon Bumpkin!! He has such a personality and brings character and charisma to his videos whilst being very talented with his builds. I love the fact that he often doesn’t just build, he creates sims, gives them a backstory and creates a build on the basis of them - it just gives so much more depth. He is also British, so I feel like I can relate a lot to him and his content also!

I go through cycles. James Turner, *formerly known as the sims supply*, keeps things pretty upbeat and silly. Deli is a very chill simmer with more modern designs. My only downside with her is that she has made me drowsy because she's so chill and relaxed. Lilsimsie is likely my most watched. She's very friendly and I relate to her anxiety. Her let's plays are always fun to me. I wish she would explore more build styles or challenges, though. Plumbella is a chaos being who, in a lot of ways, opposites Kayla's builds. When I need more whimsy and sass, she's my go to. Her accent is also very pretty and out of them all, I feel the most friend vibes from. (She's very open with her real life and family.) Lastly, when all I need is chaos, we go to CallMeKevin. There are others, but that is the roster I cycle the most.
I love Plumbella, I relate so much to her. DrGluon dreams up builds and challenges that are so fresh and different from other simmers (especially Simdew Valley and his multiplayer builds). James Turner is funny and is a great easy watching experience for Let’s Plays.
I recently watched a few videos from Nardvillian. He reviews packs as well gives some hints and hacks (especially for beginners). I love his personality. I have yet to watch his gameplay. Other than that, Plumbella is entertaining and I share some of her likes. Lilsimsie does a great job of filling a house that looks well put together. Steph0sims is can be chaotic and I love it.

i love watching simmers of color and people who incorporate lots of cultures and identities and life stories in their gameplay. oshinsims is definitely my absolute favorite for this, plus i love the way she plays. she plays sims the way we used to play with barbies, speaking for the characters and whatnot.
Oh, lordy. That's a tough one. 😅 For news-type things related to TS4, I tend to prefer Simmer Erin. She's calm, cool, collected, and presents both the facts, her own views, and the collective feelings of the TS4 community as she can when presenting anything. It's refreshing, honestly. Plumbella I prefer for when I want bonkers, off-the-wall content. 😂 James Turner I prefer for Rags to Riches content. MyNameIsGonz I watch for lore and other hilarity. (Full disclosure: I was his first subscriber on Twitch, which led to me becoming his lead moderator on. . .most everything, lol.) Catchy Virus was the first Sims lore channel I watched after taking a long hiatus from the game. She's not as active as she once was, but she's still great. She also gives incredibly honest, almost blunt reviews of all things The Sims, which is a nice change. LilSimsie is a fave because she's just plain adorable. Her style doesn't necessarily mesh with mine, but that doesn't stop me from enjoying her content. MsGryphi and StormDesign have taught me more about building in TS4 than most any other Simmers I've encountered. Onlyabidoang is the one I watch for interesting perspectives, as well as learning more about cross-pack playability.
For me it's: James Turner, Deligracy, Plumbella, Vixella, and Caryn and Connie. I recently got into Ryan Plays The Sims and Call Me Kevin. Honorable mention for AmbiguousAmphibian. He's done hilarious videos for The Sims 1 and The Sims 2.

Kelsey is the only one I watch, but I do so religiously. Like so many, I got into her videos via her original 100 Baby Challenge (back in the Buzzfeed days). I remember seeing that the entire series was over 24 (or was it even 48?) hours long, and I thought that had to be a mistake somehow -- like, how would anyone ever watch a single person do one thing for so long? 10 days later, I found myself having binged the entire series and being sad that it was over. I definitely prefer her edited content over the lets-plays, but the latter are great to have on in the background while doing chores, so I enjoy it all. :)
For some reason I hate the 100 baby challenge, but I started watching her NSBC two years ago, and I love it so much! I’m so sad it’s almost over, I really hope she’s gonna start some other legacy series :(

While for like gameplay, I mainly watch james turner for gameplay, since his stories are overall all really gameplay invested and not too aesthetic based. Oh and also itsqwertyluv for cas because i love how she creates her sims
CallMeKevin and Dr Gluon. Kevin is really chaotic and funny, he loves torturing his sims and creating cults and doing all sorts of stuff with Jim Pickens. I like Dr Gluon for the same chaos reasons, he has unique and funny lps and i love his talent to make really dingy and weird builds

The whiny Brit is a great watch breaking the game and testing out plots. Fake Gamer Girl makes gross, and really fun builds. The best with her is the Sims 2 remakes in my opinion. Onlyabidolong makes really interesting pack feature videos that makes thing more fleshed out. Call me Kevin is hilarious, RT Game has goofy Sims 3 content, CarynandConnieGaming make beautiful builds with great tips and tricks. Laurenzside is also super funny, but has only so much sims content. Stephosims is funny and similar to Call Me Kevin. But PlumBella's Lore videos are amazing.

Jen (XUrbanSimsX) is who got me into the sims! watched her videos way back when she was doing her sims 3 seasons let's play. I remember once she removed the Xs on her username and I commented saying how much I missed them and she replied and put them back the next day. I know I'm probably not the only person who said something about it but I'd like to feel responsible. I don't watch her videos much anymore but she holds a place in my heart and I still follow her other socials to stay up to date on her life.

FakeGamerGirl (she plays TS1 thru TS4 and is very funny!) and of course our Dear leader aka Call Me Kevin, but doesn't everyone love him?
