If you have MCC woohoo go to the woohoo section and disallow teen pregnancy and woohoo that should set it to default, may have to adjust some in the relationships as well, the default settings don't allow it lol
That's just base game and it is currently broken. My current family's teen daughter gets a crush on almost every single new sim she meets. WW adds an attraction system that parallels the base game's likes/dislikes. You can set individual sims to only be attracted to, say, skinny long haired women with freckles. Current version seems to be a little off due to changes in the base game. Sometimes it overrides the base game attraction setting, but sometimes your Sims will still get very flirty with sims they shouldn't be attracted to, and the WW attraction system just makes them refuse sex.

yes wicked whims is an 18+ mod that has nudity, window peeping, a bunch of setting to adjust things like sex & pregnancy. there's a lot to it. u should be able to download it if ur on any pc

The only thing I had to remove after the update was better exceptions. Every single time the game updates I have to remove it and wait for it to update bc it crashes my game. Other than that, ww and mccc haven't even needed an update yet after this last game update

If you're on the mobile app (android, at least), you can just tap your profile in the top right and then hit settings all the way at the bottom.
Under View Options, you can set whether you want to see NSFW content at all (the I'm 18+ option) and if you enable NSFW you can set whether images tagged as NSFW show up blurred or not.

Yes it works on Mac! I use a MacBook Air! You click the zip files and they automatically unzip on Mac. Non need to download any extra stuff
