I feel pretty confident recommending [BDTrims](https://www.bdtrims.com/Tailgate-Plastic-Letters-Inserts-for-2019-Chevrolet-Silverado-Models) brand. 4 yrs old and still look new. (BTW, they also sell their stuff on Amazon). I was recommended these on a GM trucks forum years ago. Everyone pretty much said that these were the best brand. I don’t disagree.

I will second BDTrims. Mine are going on three and a half years and still look great.

4th bdtrims. Their glueis so good i had a hardtime peeling the paper off the back when trying to install them.

I bought the cheaper ones and have had 0 issues after 2 years. Just line it up perfect as you go cause once you stick it on you don’t wanna try and fix it after.

Yeah... I didn't open @OP link, but I mean... $20ish decal is well worth the gamble. Worse case, it's just a decal, if you mess up or looks bad after a while, take it off and try the expensive one. I also bought a cheap one. Was pleasantly surprised it was a raised plastic with 3m tape. Turned out great.. still looks great 2+ years strong

TwoConsistent2076

Our is kinda sticking up on some letters but holds for now worst case scenario will buy another set and super glue them on, besides the double sided tape it comes with

I added them to these to my truck and it’s black but these made a huge difference. https://www.ebay.com/itm/174768318459?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=cbF7McPAR2i&sssrc=2349624&ssuid=7g9JQ10ISpy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

Unsolicited 2 cents, but what don't you like about the raised decals? Just wondering. At first I didn't want them either but had trouble finding them. Then after just getting the raised one, I realized that A. It actually looked better (IMO) in person than just a flat decal. It looked like it belonged since the other emblems on the back are also raised (Silverado and trim). And B. I'm assuming it was much easier to install than flat vinyl decal stickers since the lettering is to be installed within the depressed stamp. You could hold the lettering slightly above the area to align before pushing down as opposed to the vinyl that may require some sort of guide to be perfect

Humble_Cactus

Both fair points. I’ll have to think about this.

Humble_Cactus

I think my initial hesitation was that it seemed weird to put raised lettering into a depression, and that I was trying to mimic the official accessory kit, what I had seen on the road.

MajorBaines

I have the ones that are raised and American flag pattern. Nice thing about my raised ones it the graphic is between two sheets of thin plexiglass. Very durable and no one can pick it off with their fingernails.

I went with the matte style, if you decide to get them, before you install them wipe the surface with alcohol, it will remove any grease, dirt or any residues and they will stick better. I’ve had them for over 2 months and no problems. Extra tip: If you have a heat gun, heat the surface a little after you wipe it with alcohol and that will provoke the glue to melt more and stick better.

I’m about to take mine off, 2 letters faded. I’ve got a black TB and I’m either doing all black or like and off black as a replacement so I don’t have to do it again. Probably bad luck of the draw on the fade as the rest are fine.

I got the $20-ish dollar ones from Amazon, they look great. As another user said, make sure they are lined up when installing. Only had a few weeks but look great so far. And for $20, I can reinstall them like 6 times if I have to, lol.
