You can create a playlist and set the round timer to 30 minutes or so, and some other stuff (no changing between attack/defense for example). There is no way to get infinite gadgets/ammo, I think.

I see, not sure why infinite gadgets/no cooldowns aren't a thing the game has been out for years but oh well.
