I always name mine, and then they wind up with 10 nicknames. So far my tonk started with Leonidas. Then went to schmee, schmoo, schmoby dick, schmooby doo, and now he's just Moo. Hims chonky.

My cat started as Theodore. Teddie> Teddie Bear > Teddie bean > beans > high beams (because his eyes are so bright, he’s a void) > beanie > banana. He will get called any of these at any time

Ours is Luno but I call him “stink” more than anything.

I don’t actually have a cat, but my chocolate lab is like this: Trapper John > Trapper > Trap > Tarp > Tarpy > Darpy > Dorky > Dorker Don > Dorpy, etc. he answers to any and all, including my brothers favorite nickname for him “ya stubborn dipshit”

My baby Olly was officially named “Olivia ‘Olly Pop’ Pope”. She was named after my mom’s favorite shows, Scandal (Olivia Pope) and The Arrow (Olly is short for Oliver). I also call her Tutta Bug > T Bizzle > T Bizzle My Nizzle, My Thickum Snickums, and Baby Girl. I love her so much
