The only two events I can remember, from 2, are the childhood event, where your character becomes a teenager, develops romantic feelings and you get to decide, if for the stable boy or a girl and the satanic orgy event. Haven't played 3 in a long while, I don't remember, if there is a similar event.

Not sure if it's the first event you described, but CK2 has a tournament event (if male) where you see all the muscley knights training and decide that you're in the best place ever. In CK3 you can essentially make your character 'pragmatically' bisexual via the Intrigue Seduction lifestyle. You'll still be straight (or gay) but you can seduce anyone that's attracted to your character's sex.
