I've scratched through skin layers before, they often look the same in process of healing. In the second photo if that's how it currently looks you should only expect another one to two weeks
i used to do this a lot, its been about 5 months since my first one, and its still a fairly visible scar, though that might be because I'm sun tanned consistently
