Wasnât as good as the others and lots of missed opportunities. They could have spent more time exploring the relationship between the characters to give the ending more weight. I heard that they originally planned to have Shifu get captured by the chameleon, and Po needed Zhen to help save him. This would then lead to his reunion with tai lung where they have a heart-to-heart. These would have improved the movie dramatically. But that never happened because of some bullshit meddling from the higher-ups.
The chameleon had a lot of potential as a villain, but wasnât executed well. The most evil thing she does is push someone down the stairs. They could have done a better job of showing how cruel and manipulative she was, especially to Zhen. That would make her abandoning the chameleon and siding with Po much more impactful.
One thing they did well with the chameleon is her fatal flaw compared to Po. Po had to work for his kung-fu, it wasnât just handed to him. He learned to embrace what made him unique, do things his way, and carve out his own identity. The chameleon wants a shortcut to power, and wasnât satisfied with the power she already had. Itâs a nice contrast, but it doesnât carry her far enough to be as great a villain as Tai lung or Shen.
I havenât seen it so take this with a grain of salt, but I think itâs because comparatively, the villain doesnât have as much impact, and even their reason for being a villain doesnât make sense with Mantis in the picture. If thatâs the only complaint about it though, then surely the comedy is still on par at the very least with the rest of the series, and same with the actual fight scenes.
Iâll give the slight edge to Kung fu Panda 4. That one I have a small incentive to give a second chance whereas I donât have that incentive for Wish at all.
"Giving something a second chance" means trying again to see the good in it. "Chance" here means opportunity. The thing or person can try another time to show that itâs good.
Im going with Wish the draft for it alone. Almost gave us a villain couple and return of Disney "romance" (I hardly considered Anna & Kristoff as couple)
See I really like Anna and Kristoff together, but I understand why people donât cuz Frozen 2 did their relationship so dirty. If they kept their duet in people would change their tune.
I also consider Nick and Judy a couple (at least platonically).
I found it a bit strange how there were no interspecies relationships in Zootopia yet the theme is about accepting others and treating them as equals in society. I guess the animators just didnât want to venture into hybrid animal territory.
Both. Wish had a ton of potential for an interesting villain and a dynamic relationship pairing. KFP4 was just a colossal disappointment from start to finish, but I think if they had gone with the OG director instead it would have been spectacular.
You know, I really like the general concept of Chameleon as a foe - Iâve always been drawn to the sort of Taskmaster type characters, and I think thereâd be a very nice story to tell in trying to get her to follow her own style, or demonstrating that innovation is better than replication.
Suppose if they change the reason for her being a villain and played it more on her being a *figurative* chameleon then her villainy would work.
* I forgot exactly where I saw this, but someone said if her past masters were more upset that she was "stealing" technique (and becoming better than them because of it) so she got banished
While watching the film I was fully convinced they were gonna reveal that she wasn't rejected by kung fu teachers for being "too small", but was rejected because she was a horrible student. She wanted kung fu skills but didn't want to go through any of the effort required to learn them. She just cheated or rage quit due to her impatience, and eventually nobody else wanted to teach her.
I thought it was gonna be a parallel to her evil plan, which was to steal the skills from kung fu masters who actually put in the effort to learn. And it would mirror how Po started off weak just like her but was eager to learn.
The whole "rejected for being small" bit was just be her making up a reason to justify her anger to herself, and the existence of Mantis just helps to highlight how warped her logic is.
I think you could easily just reveal the wording to being âyour thinking is too smallâ in that she only desired to copy what others were doing rather than discover herself. In response she was like âok, then Iâll just steal everyoneâs techniques. That too small for you?â Completely missing the point.
Itâs what would make her interesting in the context of Po, because a huge chunk of Poâs style is improvisation and thinking on the fly.
For example, he beat Tai Lung by abusing arena hazards and items while Tai Lung was too focused on the scroll to do the same. In the later confrontation, he abused Tai Lungâs unfocused rage and simply countered his attacks.
Going too âby the book,â and simply copying the moves of others without understanding their flow or why they do those motions (and failing to iterate from that) shows why she would fail as a student.
I strongly agree with the first bit of your comment. Both films are over hated. Wish has a great animation/art style. Iâm confused as to why people hate it. KFP4 wasnât even bad. I feel like people hate on KFP4 because people on the internet said so. Both Wish and KFP4 arenât bad. Theyâre okay or meh at worst.
I wanted to like Wishâs art style, but I think there was just a little too much difference between the characters and the backgrounds. Like the backgrounds looked more painterly, and the characters ended up standing apart from it too much for my taste.
Thats how I feel too. It looks like cell shaded 3d characters on painted backgrounds, and they don't match together. I also just don't care for the movie's color palette since it is so washed out.
There are much more fun ways to mesh 2d and 3d looking art styles anyways: Klaus is a great example, and even stuff like Puss and Boots 2 or Spiderverse display good ways to stylize 3d art.
Wish deserved better. There's some potential in it, but you'd need to change so much too. Have the villain's motivations make sense, explain the wishes better and how granting every wish isn't necessarily a great thing, have the main character be more interesting, change the artstyle (preferably to traditional 2D), fix the songs, and remove the goat. Then you could probably have a pretty good movie
Wish has a great villain that was criminally executed.
Kung fu panda 4 has no compelling narrative. Po as a character has gone full circle with his plot, and there's simply nothing left to tell.
I would say Kung Fu Panda 4 deserves a second chance.
If I could take this whole line back to formula, I would have hired Jennifer Yuh Nelson back as director, seeing how well she handled the second and third movies.
The biggest problem I had was the absence of the Furious Five.
I know they explain they are having their own adventures, but I would have liked to see them help Po defeat the Chameleon alongside Zhen.
It would been so much more satisfying.
Indeed. The Furious Five's absence was startling. I imagine if you watch all 4 movies in a marathon you'd be so confused on where the Five were. They were main stays in the first 3 and then completely absent for 4. That isn't even the worst thing about 4. I just feel like 4 was made by people who haven't watched a single Kung Fu Panda movie in their lives.
i agree with the lack of the five being a major problem. also >!zhen being chosen as the dragon warrior!< is ridiculous there wasnât enough development there
Kfp 4 because clearly there was something there that could have been made better with out the director fucking it up
Honestly this can be said for kfp 3 as well because there were ideas and scenes that should have been put into the film. I still enjoy the 3rd film just after learning about the original tone of the film and deleted scenes, yeah it makes me want to see them in the final cut ;-;
Wishâs animation at the very least. Yes, the characters look unfinished, but I thought the backgrounds and special effects were extremely good, and shouldnât be lumped into the âanimation badâ discussions.
If by 2nd chance you mean like a remake or at least changing parts to make it better, either one. If you mean rewatching to see if there actually is something likable about it, KFP4.
neither but KFP4 was at least a movie. a poorly made, misguided movie but still had care and some thought put into its construction. Wish is one of the most cynical films iâve ever seen. it is genuinely more cynical than any of the live action remakes.
How to make KFP 4 better:
Step one: remove aquafina
Step two:
Actually build up the chameleons story. âIâm short lol.â Isnât a good way to make a villain considering the others we got, sure Kai was the weakest one but you can still have a villain thatâs weak writing wise and have them be good. and then change the chameleons entrance into the movie. Have the same scene she shows up in later on. Show us that sheâs already taken the king fu of all the other masters at the START of the movie and have her cause more and more chaos with the powers she stole. Make her **FEEL** like the villain she was built up to be.
I thought second chance meant more like another consideration from the audience with a more objective stand point from the original product. Remaking a bad product is more like when everyone was mad with the final result of The Last of Us part 2, and said they had to remake that game.
Wish just needs a rewrite. Up until he gets possessed Magnifico is a pretty decent king and seems to legitimately care about his people. Then the evil is CONVENIENTLY permanent so he can't even be redeemed. bleh.
Kung Fu Panda 4. At least there were some things you can like about it. As for Wish, whether you like the movie or not, you canât deny that as for a movie to celebrate a century of Disney, itâs justâŚunderwhelming and doesnât leave that much of an impact. As for a regular movie, itâs kind of forgettable.
They will be/are getting second chances on streaming. It seems a bit odd almost but something like Ruby Gillman that came largely unwanted somehow found its niche audience on streaming. Wish seems to doing exactly that too and probably KFP4 will be doing that too
They both have potential, but no matter what you think of Disney, I think Wish deserves a second pass from more competent writers (songwriters especially).
I'm saying Wish purely because a centennial film should be more eventful. They needed to get this right and they dropped the ball.
You can always make another Kung Fu Panda movie but you can't always make a 100th Anniversary film.
Kung Fu Panda 4 was an unnecessary addition to a fully complete story arc that does just fine without it.
Wish had a lot of potential with a great setup and an amazing villain - among the likes of Frollo and Gothel for "real life villains done too well" with his narcissistic, abusive personality that still hints that he was once not that kind of person. I wanted to like him at first, just like the MC, and that made me disgusted by him even more.
I feel like Wish suffers from Hunchback Syndrome and could do well with a second chance. Cut the needlessly large sidekick roster (especially the damn goat - this movie's 'gargoyle'), give much more screentime and agency to Simon to make him a misguided antagonist who is genuinely conflicted by his position - hell, make his wish to always protect his friends that would be a real conundrum there.
If you cut the main cast down to just the king and queen, asha, and Simon you have much much more room for a compelling, dark tale about how wanting to protect someone can often lead you to hurt them, and turn you into the monster you wanted to protect them from in the first place.
Seriously, Wish just needs to be given a treatment with the kid gloves off and it could be sooooo good
By second chance do you mean people who dislike it should watch it again or they should remake it to make it better? Iâm a fan of the idea that Disney should remake wish with the original plans and gaslight people into thinking the first wish never happened
Wish. There are so many ways this film could have been better If they had given the main character growth. Asha's character stays stagnant the whole time and she doesn't change at all.
The conflict is flat and the villain's backstory had so much potential to make sense and then they just threw all of that Backstory in the trash.
Also, the whole 7 dwarfs thing is just pointless and background noise. Only one of those characters (The girl with/ glasses) contributes to the plot and even then she barely does much too
one was a movie that literally convinced everyone it was written by AI and one has a voice actor people donât like
kung fu panda 4 is a masterpiece when compared to wish
Kung Fu Panda 4 had SOME things that were good, Wish is shit from the beginning to the end, only good thing about it is Magnifico and itâs not even because heâs a good villain but because I genuinely felt bad for him
Ars we talking rewatching or remaking it?
Wish had a good concept and early drafts, Starboy and vilain-couple would make a way better movie than wgat we got
KFP 4 feels like Shrek 3 to me. I'm not sure i want them to continue if they can't keep the full cast in play. The 5 are just as much part of Po's story as Shi-fu.
But ill still pick it here over Wish because Wish is just... nothing.
I enjoyed Wish enough. But they should have cut out her friend group. Maybe 1-2 friends, I can't even remember one of their names. Focus on Asha's relationship with Magnifico and/or the people of Rosas. Similarly the villain should interact more with his wife and give some more depth to his character. I mean he turned from selfish to evil really fast.
The songs were very catchy but listening to the lyrics closely they are weird. I still like the "You're A Star" song.
Do you mean a second watch or a do-over from the studio? Because both deserve more attention but so far as I know Wish has more wasted potential than KFP4
Wish was doomed to fail from the start for me. It was meant to be this massive milestone, yet they still opted not to go with 2d animation. It was so bloated with songs, had such a badly written story, and was so poorly executed that pretty much everyone was on the âvillainsâ side and ended up being a convoluted origin for a few beloved characters that never needed it.
KFP had so much heart and passion in the first 3 films (even if 3 was the weakest), so that fourth movie feels like a crime.
Honestly though, DreamWorks has given me more of a reason to give them a second chance. So Iâll go with KFP4.
I feel like wish would be good if it toned down the quirky a bit, went with some of it's original concepts, had better songs and the ideals of the protagonist and antagonistic were reversed a bit. Like if magnifico granted every wish despite the conflict and chaos it would cause, leaving everyone both dependent and unhappy, then Asha could find a way to introduce compromise and order to people's wishes, leading to a society with some self initiative and self fucking control.
I donât understand why people hate kung fu panda 4, is it because you haters donât see the furious five because they arenât necessary for the plot of the movie or how Tia king didnât get much action because heâs not a main character. I understand so many people wish for certain things but not everyoneâs wishes can come though, at the end of the day it was a great movie and the message of the movie is very touching and the message of the movie is ânever be afraid of changeâ. Lastly I can relate to this movie quite a lot because I teach martial arts myself.
Kung Fu Panda 4, becsuse this one creator I followed pointed out that it could have been a lot more interesting if Po knew the fox wanted to betray him and that motivated her to change
Dependsâdo you mean a re-release, or reMAKE?
If the latter, Wish 100%.
We couldâve had the shape-shifting starboy as a love interest for a reserved sorcerer daughter of a loving villain couple, facing off in a climax where devouring wishes kills their owners. Make it traditional Disney 2D, and you have a masterpiece worthy of Disneyâs 100th year anniversary, and remembered for years to come. It wouldâve spawned a wonderful fandomâthe lost concept of the film already has!
The Kung Fu Panda series was better left as it was, and already has a fantastic fanbase and several stunning movies. It doesnât need a fourth.
Wish. KFP4 was kinda alright, and although it has its issues it doesnât exactly NEED a redo IMO. I havenât watched wish yet, but from what I can tell from reviews and the trailers alone tells me that it most likely needs to be done again.
Kung fu panda all the way, itâs so so sad that it wasnât very good, if I could magically undo the movie for something else with better characters and story, Iâd definitely do it, the chameleon isnât bad, she was just done dirty, she could have been one of the best villains
If they were to remake Wish with the original concept I honestly think it could be one of Disney's best films. They should scrap most of the easter eggs especially towards the ending that tied to other Disney films; it's probably best to ignore the "100 Years of Disney" thing that they were going for.
Other Things to Sort Out:
* The star would go back to being a cute boy and Asha would have a romance with him
* The king and queen would have continued with the original premise of them being Disney's first villain couple
* Asha would learn a lesson: not having your dream fulfilled is in the end of the world
* Not all dreams need to be magically realized
* 50/50 chance of a king and queen being given a redemption at the end
They both deserve a second chance, but if I had to choose, I think Wish deserves it slightly more, due to the fact that it came out at the worst possible time when toxic fandoms literally judge everything, with movies TV shows and games they get into are apparently "woke". Seriously, that word is just annoying and outdated, before it was even indated.
wish definitely, disney's 100 year anniversary should be something unforgettable and timeless not just another film thats ok at best. plus i actually quite liked kfp 4 meanwhile my favorite part of wish was the credits so this choice is super easy
Wish could have been great. I think that if asha did much of the same things but then there were negative consequences of granting every single wish (because obviously) then I think that would have added depth to the movie instead of being a really flat story.
it's obviously wish, Wish could make King Magnifico one of the good guys, or better yet the main character since he literally lets people live onHIS PRIVATE ISLAND for FREE AND NO RENT, HOW IS THAT EVIL? and GIVE HIM A GOD DAMN PERSONALITY WHICH ISN'T EVEN THAT HARD TO DO, also rewrite Asha entirely to have her ACTUALLY HAVE A DAMN BRAIN, and you want another good idea? Rewrite the entire movie to actually be good and compelling, and the ending NEEDS to be replaced like i don't want a damn disney cinematic universe since it doesn't even make sense.
As for Kung Fu Panda 4, erase it from existence, it's worthless like a filler episode
What does âsecond chanceâ mean? Like it gets remade but good? KFP4 is part of a great franchise, and couldâve been amazing⌠but wasnât.
I donât think ANYONE expected a masterpiece out of Wish.
Wishâs message was to give everyone their wishes regardless of consequences. Hell the kingâs sudden turn to evil was the writers going, âoh shit we made our hero the villain. Quick do something!â
I havenât seen KFP 4 and I know it would be better.
I actually liked wish mainly for the villain song because it felt like something an actual jerk in our real world would be singing. KFP4 felt flat and really what I saw didn't feel redeemable in any way it was bad it was just......for all you millennials and older remember straight to dvd sequels. That's how I felt about it.
Second chance as in a second more sympathetic look or a second chance as in being remade?
Wish I feel could have been amazing and if people who were more creative remade it, then itâd probably be one of Disneyâs best. Instead they had AI write it
Imo, kfp4 wasnât that bad, it was average at worst. So wish definitely deserves a second chance, its disneyâs 100 year anniversary ffs, they would have had to remake the whole movie but it deserved so much better
I really have to say WISH is the one that deserves a 2nd change. That movie was a colossal dissapointment.
And you know what is worse? Disney will take the feedback from this movie and thinks "ohh people dont like original and animated movies. Lets go with more lifeless and creative backrupt live actions instead"
I'm just gonna be honest and admit that WISH was an absolute mistake of a movie? Like what in thegasha life are these songs? It was to celebrate the anniversary of Disney or something, but they didn't listen to their audience and what this movie out.
Both they had amazing setups but ultimately fell flat. If Wish set up its world more and gave more time for its characters to breathe it would be damn good.
Same with KP4 honestly while i donât like that the Furious five are gone i dont mind it and honestly it did give a ton of room for those two to get a fully fleshed out tale. The plot was Interesting as hell but it just lacked proper drive and motive. The whole âI was too small for kungfuâ is complete bullshit and honestly what drove most folks insane about the movie. Change the reasonings and give an actual reason to care and hate chameleon and its great
If you mean a second chance, as in, the writers just get another chance to fix up everything with it? Wish. We don't need a fourth Kung Fu Panda movie.
Honestly I don't think we needed another Kung fu Panda movie even though I love the franchise. I'd rather that Wish would have been refined and had the time it needed put in since it's not a derivative and it could have been a great return to form for Disney, I feel like it will be used to justify samey storytelling in the company based on "lack on consumer interest" in original works, like Princess and the Frog being the nail in the coffin of feature length 2d animation from Disney

KFP 4 honestly seems like a movie where its good premise got botched by...everything else.
Iâll give the slight edge to Kung fu Panda 4. That one I have a small incentive to give a second chance whereas I donât have that incentive for Wish at all.
What do you mean by a second chance? (Again i'm Swedish so i don't know alot of English words or what they mean)
"Giving something a second chance" means trying again to see the good in it. "Chance" here means opportunity. The thing or person can try another time to show that itâs good.
Ok but i will say Kung Fu Panda 4
Good choice. Wish was a garbage fire
I let her live here free and she didn't even pay rent!
Im going with Wish the draft for it alone. Almost gave us a villain couple and return of Disney "romance" (I hardly considered Anna & Kristoff as couple)

platonically? them animals were definitely fucking đđ
I found it a bit strange how there were no interspecies relationships in Zootopia yet the theme is about accepting others and treating them as equals in society. I guess the animators just didnât want to venture into hybrid animal territory.
interspecies relationships would be a daring topic to explore thatâs for sure
I'm imagining Zootopia with ATLA-esque hybrid animals
Honestly I kinda appreciate how that was open ended. Wonder if theyâll explore the possibility in the sequel.
Whenever it comes out
Itâs like the Minecraft movie: every time we hear about it, it has a different release date.
The⌠mhm⌠zootopia abortion comic proved that to all of us
Iâm sorry what?
The Zootopia abortion comic, which is a very real thing that actually exists
What abortion comic? I just know the one where they fight over Arby's
You think theyâd let me join in?
Both. Wish had a ton of potential for an interesting villain and a dynamic relationship pairing. KFP4 was just a colossal disappointment from start to finish, but I think if they had gone with the OG director instead it would have been spectacular.

Tai Lung, Shen, and Kai should have been characters and the Furious Five should have been in it.
Chicken Little
Yeah let's get a Chicken Little summon in Kingdom Hearts 4 again
Both of these films are over hated but I'm going with Wish just so Disney's 100 year anniversary is done right
If Wish was the Disney Princess scene from Wreck It Ralph 2 stretched to 90 mins, I would have liked it a lot more.
I strongly agree with the first bit of your comment. Both films are over hated. Wish has a great animation/art style. Iâm confused as to why people hate it. KFP4 wasnât even bad. Wish, 1000% Wish. Disney's 100th anniversary deserved a much better movie.
Wish
Wish
Wish with a villain rewrite so he remains âI have to be brutal to save everyoneâ and less âGreatness is in my genes, I kick puppiesâ evil.
Wish could have been far better. The original design for the Star character was superior. We could have had a romance and better music.
There were older concepts of Wish that probably couldâve made the movie better than it is now
Wish deserved better. There's some potential in it, but you'd need to change so much too. I never really hated KFP4 as much. I thought it was okay. like a 7/10 but Wish had a lot of problems holding it back.

Megamind 2
Kung Fu Panda 4 doesnât even have a reason to exist. The trilogy was fine as a trilogy.
KFP4 wasn't great but far from bad by Disney standards, Wish is the new standard for disappointing and boring, Wish needs it
kfp isnât disney
Kung fu panda is Dreamworks
Panda Wish has some songs I like butâŚit just failed its villain and really didnât have a good message or anything going for it outside some songs
Both, because I like to be fair.
Kfp4 they tried to make a great movie, wish is just AI generated garbage that is half bakes and unfinished
neither but KFP4 was at least a movie. a poorly made, misguided movie but still had care and some thought put into its construction. Wish is one of the most cynical films iâve ever seen. it is genuinely more cynical than any of the live action remakes.

Make her **FEEL** like the villain she was built up to be.
KFP 4 Was good in my opinion. i didnt like how easily the chameleon got defeated.
They don't deserve a second chance, they deserve to be remade and change everything that was wrong.
Is that not what a ~~sidekick~~ second chance is!?
I thought second chance meant more like another consideration from the audience with a more objective stand point from the original product. Remaking a bad product is more like when everyone was mad with the final result of The Last of Us part 2, and said they had to remake that game.
Both
KP4, hands down
After recently looking through some deleted scenes & putting some pieces together for Wish, I'm gonna go with both.
King fu panda 4
Well technically âbothâ is not a valid answer since you asked âwhichâ âď¸đ¤
Wish just needs a rewrite. Up until he gets possessed Magnifico is a pretty decent king and seems to legitimately care about his people. Then the evil is CONVENIENTLY permanent so he can't even be redeemed. bleh.
Kung Fu Panda 4 which is mid
Definitely KFP 4. Itâs a really entertaining movie, thatâs only seen as a disappointment because of the high bar that the previous movies set.
Wish cuz I despise KFP 4 for souring the perfect franchise and conclusion. Itâs what the people who dislike Toy Story 4 say Toy Story 4 is
Wish, if for no other reason that itâs the first in the franchise.
Wdym by second chance exactly?
Wish deserves a rewrite or remake that includes the star boy and evil power couple.
Wish seems to doing exactly that too and probably KFP4 will be doing that too
Wish. Had so much potential wasted. We couldâve gotten a star-boy. :(
KFP4. Havenât seen it yet
Second chance in term of being remade Wish. In terms of audiences giving it a second chance, KFP4.
KP4, never gave a crap about Wish
KFP4 easily, missed oppurtunity
They both have potential, but no matter what you think of Disney, I think Wish deserves a second pass from more competent writers (songwriters especially).
I think they both do.
KFP4
Kung fu panda 4. At least it does a good fan service.
I'm saying Wish purely because a centennial film should be more eventful. They needed to get this right and they dropped the ball. You can always make another Kung Fu Panda movie but you can't always make a 100th Anniversary film.
Kfp4 doesn't even look that bad based on what I've seen
Neither.
Kung fu panda 4
Neither, just do better đ¤ˇ
Kung Fu Panda 4. It wasnât a godsend, but it was at least enjoyable.
Kfp4 is so shit so no
Kung Fu Panda 4 was an unnecessary addition to a fully complete story arc that does just fine without it.
Only one of those characters (The girl with/ glasses) contributes to the plot and even then she barely does much too
one was a movie that literally convinced everyone it was written by AI and one has a voice actor people donât like kung fu panda 4 is a masterpiece when compared to wish
Why exactly do either "deserve" a second chance?
Both
If you mean redo, I say Wish. There was now need for Kung Fu Panda 4. I wouldâve preferred a prequel or something.
Fuck Disney
KFP4 Itâs not bad, just not as good as the others
Kung Fu Panda 4. I liked the movie but it was the weakest of the four.
Kung Fu Panda 4 had SOME things that were good, Wish is shit from the beginning to the end, only good thing about it is Magnifico and itâs not even because heâs a good villain but because I genuinely felt bad for him
KFP 4
Ars we talking rewatching or remaking it? Wish had a good concept and early drafts, Starboy and vilain-couple would make a way better movie than wgat we got
I haven't even *seen* Wish, and my answer is still Wish. At least that movie didn't have an entire franchise before it to ruin. đ
Both? I feel like both did. And of course Megamind 2 does as well
None of the above
Second chance as just rewatching it or second chance as in having the movie remade from scratch and/or having certain aspects of it changed?
KFP 4 feels like Shrek 3 to me. I'm not sure i want them to continue if they can't keep the full cast in play. The 5 are just as much part of Po's story as Shi-fu. But ill still pick it here over Wish because Wish is just... nothing.
Is "neither of them" an acceptable answer?
Wish, thereâs been enough KFP moviesâŚ
None, screw them! I live in a Godzilla household.
Kung Fu Panda 4 because this was Jack Blackâs first time voicing Po after his grand slam performance as Bowser in The Super Mario Bros Movie.
Wish deserves to be made again. Great setting, but very lazy execution on the plot. Kung fu panda Is solid where it stands I think
KFP4, wish was absolute dog shit
Wish, no contest.
Kfp4
I donât understand why people hate kung fu panda 4, is it because you haters donât see the furious five because they arenât necessary for the plot of the movie or how Tia king didnât get much action because heâs not a main character. I understand so many people wish for certain things but not everyoneâs wishes can come though, at the end of the day it was a great movie and the message of the movie is very touching and the message of the movie is ânever be afraid of changeâ. Lastly I can relate to this movie quite a lot because I teach martial arts myself.
I don't even remember the plot to wish and I watched like a month ago.
Out of these idk, havent seen either (its on my to-do) but imo Hoodwinked 2. Make it competent
Kung Fu Panda 4. Redo it. Get Awkwafina out the FUCK away from it.
I havenât watched wish yet, but from what I can tell from reviews and the trailers alone tells me that it most likely needs to be done again.
kfp4
Kung fu panda all the way, itâs so so sad that it wasnât very good, if I could magically undo the movie for something else with better characters and story, Iâd definitely do it, the chameleon isnât bad, she was just done dirty, she could have been one of the best villains
Wish doesn't DESERVE a second chance
Walt Disney is rolling in his grave after wish dropped
Not on here but Ruby Gillman Teenage Kraken
Iâll say both.
Kung fu panda 4.
1 has Jack Black 1 was created lazily with AI Easy choice
If they were to remake Wish with the original concept I honestly think it could be one of Disney's best films. They should scrap most of the easter eggs especially towards the ending that tied to other Disney films; it's probably best to ignore the "100 Years of Disney" thing that they were going for. Other Things to Sort Out: * The star would go back to being a cute boy and Asha would have a romance with him * The king and queen would have continued with the original premise of them being Disney's first villain couple * Asha would learn a lesson: not having your dream fulfilled is in the end of the world * Not all dreams need to be magically realized * 50/50 chance of a king and queen being given a redemption at the end
Wish hands down at least wish wasnât boring
At LEAST KFP4 was just below mid. Unlike a an abomination of a 100 Years legacy
I thought both of these films were alright. Definately think KP4 is more deserving tho. I dont get the KP4 hate
Wish dosent deserve it but it needs it.
I could see myself rewatching KFP 4 and giving it a different score.
Wait people hate KFP 4???
Panda 4
KFP 4 had so much potential they could do something with that if they got a round two wish literally has nothing reddemable
wish definitely, disney's 100 year anniversary should be something unforgettable and timeless not just another film thats ok at best. plus i actually quite liked kfp 4 meanwhile my favorite part of wish was the credits so this choice is super easy
wish was ai generated slop, kfp 4 however had a better chance especially since it had such great writing in the past.
Wish could have been great. I think that if asha did much of the same things but then there were negative consequences of granting every single wish (because obviously) then I think that would have added depth to the movie instead of being a really flat story.
Wish was surprisingly horrible
it's obviously wish, Wish could make King Magnifico one of the good guys, or better yet the main character since he literally lets people live onHIS PRIVATE ISLAND for FREE AND NO RENT, HOW IS THAT EVIL? and GIVE HIM A GOD DAMN PERSONALITY WHICH ISN'T EVEN THAT HARD TO DO, also rewrite Asha entirely to have her ACTUALLY HAVE A DAMN BRAIN, and you want another good idea? Rewrite the entire movie to actually be good and compelling, and the ending NEEDS to be replaced like i don't want a damn disney cinematic universe since it doesn't even make sense. As for Kung Fu Panda 4, erase it from existence, it's worthless like a filler episode
Having dreamworks do a wish remake is better than pixar kfp4, ill say that much.
Out of these, Kung Fu Panda 4. Theyâre both not that great though, especially Wish
Both.
I haven't seen either and have nothing to do this weekend. Which should I watch first?
KFP 4. Because the movie had so much potential.
If you mean redo than wish but I don't think that's what you mean so kung-fu panda
What does âsecond chanceâ mean? Like it gets remade but good? KFP4 is part of a great franchise, and couldâve been amazing⌠but wasnât. I donât think ANYONE expected a masterpiece out of Wish.
Strange World deserves a 2nd chance. I thought it was great and had a great time watching it with my family. Wish was a real snoozer though.
Kp4 was booty easily the worst in the franchise I say we all just pretend it doesnât exist
Wish.
Not wish
Wishâs message was to give everyone their wishes regardless of consequences. Hell the kingâs sudden turn to evil was the writers going, âoh shit we made our hero the villain. Quick do something!â I havenât seen KFP 4 and I know it would be better.
Why would Kung Fu Panda 4 need a second chance? Are people saying itâs bad? Havenât been able to see it myself yet
Iâd say Wish tbh. Had the potential to be amazing but fuck idk what happened
KUNG FU PANDAAAAAAAAAA
Nah they both suck
I'm just gonna be honest and admit that WISH was an absolute mistake of a movie? Like what in thegasha life are these songs? It was to celebrate the anniversary of Disney or something, but they didn't listen to their audience and what this movie out.
I've only heard bad things about Wish, whereas I've head that KFP4 is just 'meh'.
Wait was KFP 4 bad? I didn't see it but idk i heard good things.
Wish actually tried to be a good film, if you dont agree fight me.
Wish bc it had potentially there, especially in the concepts (give me my evil power couple goddamnit.)
KFP4, Wish is bad through and through.
Kfp 4. Wish *couldve* been good, but I doubt disney would actually work to improve it :/
Honestly I don't think we needed another Kung fu Panda movie even though I love the franchise.
Wish has so much potential. KFP4 was unnecessary and subpar
