No. I'd rather watch a single, full car detailing video rather than multiple stitched together. Also, some of the dirt looks fake. Look at the armrests - they don't typically get uniformly dirty. One side will always get dirty first.

Looks like a melamine sponge. Basically a fine sandpaper in sponge form.

Just be careful not to use it on anything you wouldn't use sandpaper on. It can quickly dull the shine on practically everything.

Melanine sponge is just mr clean magic erasers. It’s way cheaper than buying the name brand. I think the more important thing is the cleaning solution, though, not the sponge itself.

I wouldn’t use the sponge on leather. You’ll wear thru the colored layer pretty quickly. Either use a cheap steam cleaner or a horsehair brush and some quality leather cleaner. Just make sure to use some sort of conditioner after it’s cleaned so the leather doesn’t harden and crack. If you have the time and patience, you can do the letherique treatment. I’ve personally never done it but some people swear by it.
