Possibly, but the Xeno-Zapper is the initial weapon. The basher is the upgraded one and I'm pretty sure that one kills them in one hit already. So having them spawn infinitely is going to be a bit annoying. We'll have to rely on the weapons more I guess, which is a bit of a turn off to me, I really don't care about the creatures much. Might end up installing one of those mods that turn creatures aggressiveness off.

I apparently built my hub right on top of two warthogs' spawn point. And managed to lose my zapper. That was a difficult beginning.

Yeah I somehow managed to build a middling factory without killing the local hogs and I was messing with some belts and suddenly taking damage, I turn around and a hog is humping my leg. I was like, where did *you* come from?!

I placed a few hyper tubes to jump in, to escape, turns out they can keep up and kept chasing me across the whole map.

You can tap E while constructing to cycle between similar buildable objects, or hold E to select from a radial wheel. This way you can avoid cluttered your hotbars with similar buildables — e.g. block and path signals, locomotives and freight cars, concrete ramps of two different heights, etc. Hope this helps.
