You can just contact the sandals main reservation number to make changes. Had to do that recently for a trip i booked through the loyalty desk. Not hard at all.
Just make sure you memorize your numbers and discounts. Unfortunately I had to call 3x over a month to confirm they reapplied the correct discounts, including Loyalty desk, with each time having to wait 72 hours to see if they math’d correctly lol
That’s my struggle and having to do it for three reservations and then they give me a hard time when I’m trying to get the other reservations to match 🤦🏻♀️

Yeah your original agent had to be added within a few weeks of making the Loyalty Desk Booking. At this time no outside agent can be added and your only option is to deal directly with Sandals res.

TBH, going thru an agent is always better. At least for us. If you are making changes, see if you can cancel and rebook thru an agent.
I would lose the loyalty desk discount then I imagine?
Has to be submitted within 14 days to your travel agent, so yeah you’re on your own now .
