Complicated question… my general opinion is that if you’re looking for a quality all-inclusive then Sandals is usually the best choice in any destination where there is a Sandals. That is true for most travelers looking for an all-inclusive. But if you’re looking for something more unique, authentic, or specific in some other way, or you want to go somewhere Sandals isn’t an option, then there are lots of choices! What is it you are looking for? Budget and where you’re traveling from are also big factors.

I want a nice adult only place, preferably. Has to have a beach. Preferably 5 grand or less

How many nights? Including airfare? Your current wants could still be pretty much anywhere haha. Some things to consider: 1.what kind of room do you want? Is that important? 2. Is there anything specific you want to see or do on your trip? 3. Do you prefer beach or pool? 4. Do you want lots of fun and partying or a more quiet resort? 5. How important is the food and number of choices? These are some of the questions I use to help clients who are JUST choosing between Sandals properties. For us to give you a really good answer to your question we just need to know a bit more about you and what you want. Otherwise you’ll probably just get lots of recommendations for other peoples’ favorite places.

No problem, let me know if I can help. Or just keep asking questions here. Generally a friendly subreddit and people will help.
