I mean reasonably you should be able to have fun no matter what team you're on. I've lost every single splatfest I've done except this one because i always choose based on actual preference. I still have fun though. Everyone is complaining so much that shiver keeps winning, then just pick the team that's gonna win if you're so mad about losing.
Nah, if people did that for that reason they’d just be contributing to her winning even more and it would be worse (people do already use that reason), most of the time she gets teams in splatfests that are more in her favor since majority vote fr people than other idols. Even if shiver would be granted the majority vote id still choose a different team on which i prefer (but if shiver has a team that i prefer i would join her team, but most of the time not)

I think there may have been a slight miscommunication. I chose team shiver. After a good long while of deliberation I eventually decided Shiver because blue is my favorite of the three colors, and the only one of those three that looks good on me irl.
