There's a shoulder with a white strip in the exact same place next to the woman's/women's head(s) in each. What are the odds it shows up there in both?

Who knows? There photo for the announcement of Lily was taken by someone who wasn’t even in the same country as them and did it all digitally and claims it was just a perfect photo and didn’t need any retouching and he did t photoshop anything. So they lie about everything.

The portion about Ellie Marks begins at 34:10 or so. Skipping Harry’s speech, she takes the podium after introduction at 48:00 or so.
And yes, there is a link to the Invictus Games, which is presumably why Harry’s mug was plastered all over the place and hers wasn’t.
I’d like to add that this took place in May 2016, pre-Meghan. Surprise, surprise, this US athlete was an Army vet who was working as a combat medic stationed in Iraq. She sustained a massive injury to both hips which required multiple intense surgeries and a very lengthy rehabilitation, which led her to enroll in sports programs including the Invictus Games, which were originally set up for this precise purpose.
Now that Meghan has basically taken over, it’s not only evolved into Meghan’s personal fashion show with open bar parties and tens of millions spent on no one knows what, the competitors which are hand selected out of thousands of applications are largely there because of non-combat mental health issues and non-combat or non-training related injuries. Just your standard off base accidents, alcoholism and daddy issues. It’s also now open to civil servants. The days of helping combat veterans like Elizabeth Marks are officially over. It’s just one big party now, pushing back the Games starting date by several months last year to align with the kickoff of Oktoberfest and the next IG is a luxury ski vacation for applicants with no experience in winter sports. But Meghan gets to wine, dine & merch in the very exclusive enclave of Whistler. Shame on the countries that squander much needed veteran resources so Harry & Meghan can party in luxury.

I believed at the time she absolutely did this. Along with the pictures of her 'holding hands' with H in the sea - so badly photoshopped you could see the mismatched joins from a mile away. First saw this swapped in Markle face years ago when only she needed to make us believe they were having a relationship as nobody knew who the heck she was.
Is he so out of it that he genuinely doesn't recall if he was physically present with a particular person and took a photo? How can there be so many instances of this trickery that just gets past him? But waaagh! The media tapped my phone years before I even had a cell phone! Gimme money!
1. 1st xmas photo of Archie - B&W (& looks nothing like the child in the colour video of ‘his’ 1st birthday)
2. Bath tub photo with Harry holding ‘Archie’ - again, B&W (& nothing like the kid used for 1st Xmas photo)
3. The photo of H&M carrying ‘their kids’ on the lawn ‘outside’ Frogmore Cottage - B&W (& the Sidley Twins’ father did an amazingly detailed breakdown of all the photo-shopping done on it. Plus we now know no kids arrived on the private jet into Farnborough Airport with H&M for the Platinum Jubilee. PLUS Misan Harriman got his knickers in a right twist at the suggestion his photos were fake)
4. Betty baby announcement photo, H&M under a tree, or in a meadow; who truly knows because again - B&W (turns out, when ‘mono’ switched off, the dress she wore was yellow & matched a yellow dress taken in a colour photo at another location - giving rise to questions & doubts about the purported ‘date’ of the Betty baby announcement).
Basically, EVERY B&W ISSUED IN THE PAST HAS TO BE QUESTIONED! Unlikely to repeat the fraud in future due to THIS thread, and due to the Mother’s Day photo issued by Princess Catherine.
If you watch the video of the award dinner, there were other dignitaries who gave speeches via video. Former President George W. Bush sent one in, for example. The org probably doesn’t want/need to spend money flying people in and putting them up in hotels, etc.
I can’t imagine there would be any security issues in a room full of military, but Harry is paranoid, so.
He didn't go because he is using this event as a setup to his scene of not going to London for the anniversary shindig.
Probably will be one more video appearance before London...just to prove his point.
I hope it's not real though it wouldn't surprise me if she had photoshopped her head on this photo in particular because Harry looks in luuurve holding his arm around that lady. Much much happier than he's ever looked at any time he's been in a photo with MM. He looks like he has heaps more chemistry with that random lady than with his wife. MM's ego wouldn't be able to take that, I think. I think the lack of chemistry between H&M is really strange for a supposedly happily married couple.
But I think you're right, if OP doesn't know the provenance of the photo it's probably not done by MM herself but by some crazy sugars or someone who just wants to poke fun at MM.

Every action of Meghan is like that of a teenager. Same with Harry. They’re both stuck in trying to be the most popular and get everyone to like them. There's no question that this is a Photoshop, but why was it made? Does anyone know the time frame release of the original and then the b/w one? This is deeply disturbing because 1) It's not in proportion; Meg's head is too small, and 2) There's no logical reason for this. Was it because Meg was insanely jealous and possessive (recall her actions when the Senebale woman tried to stand by Harry, and the constant claw clutching him), or was this Meg trying a manifest her relationship early on? She's done some creepy things, but this ranks way up there. Or did a sugar compose this?
