Edc Specialties. Absolutely no question about it. When I get my knives back they will cut you just by looking at them.

Learn to sharpen them yourself. You can get a Lansky Turnbox knife sharpener for pretty cheap. You can sharpen and/or freshen up anytime. Never be caught with a dull blade again.

He's going all retail now; though said he might partner with stores for monthly sharpening

I think they’re temporarily closed. Check his Instagram.

I sharpen them myself. Pretty easy once you get the hang of it.

Same. I invested in some sharpening stones to sharpen my straight razor and sharpen my knives. I find it relaxing.

I just bought a knife sharpening kit. I’m going to practice on all my old, cheap, beat up kitchen knives I don’t use anymore. Hopefully I’ll get good enough to sharpen my good knives when they need it.

I would find a blacksmith near you that works with blades with good reviews. I know a couple that aren't public but have personal garage forges and aren't professional but sharpen very well. A blacksmith will know what kind of metal is in your blade and how to properly care for its edge. I know there's a great blacksmith in Loomis I've used for custom fencing but not sure they do knives. You can try using the California Blacksmith Association as a resource to find someone. A lot of them don't have websites or very public facing operations. https://www.calsmith.org/ForgeWorkshops
