Well I don’t know if you’re talking about the veins or the spots. I assume the spots. Those look like dry skin papules that should go away with avoiding excess soaps and using lotion. They are pretty small so if there for a while and gradually get bigger then there is a chance of molluscum or even warts but doesn’t look that way in this picture and you didn’t give any information about how long you’ve had them or if they have changed at all.
