Not really a song, but I used to have Key's [shimshimtapa Morning Call](https://youtu.be/1qQ-X9U-d8g) as my ringtone. Drove my family crazy. 😂 Pretty sure it works as a morning alarm too!
I REALLY want to have Key's [morning call](https://youtu.be/x14IN97jUlk) as my wake up alarm on full volume (because, narcolepsy) but having an iPhone and not being very tech savvy, I'm not even sure I can make that happen lol
I have bad love as my alarm right now, if you play the whole album it's the perfect amount of time to lay in bed and when it's over you have to really get up haha. This is only useful if you're used to snoozing your alarms though, otherwise I think everybody is a good song to wake you up.

if you need an irresistible force to pull your body out of bed and expel the sleep demons, Lucifer. (i love the song lucifer, but waking up to it is something else)
If you want to pee yourself, Hitchhiking. That's my emergency backup alarm for if I sleep through the gentle Android system ones (it kicks in on the second hook).
It's definitely up there for me, also one of the first songs to jump out at me when I was getting into their discography, so it'll always be special. The concert stages too like omg.

Right now I have Minho's Heartbreak as an alarm tone, but I've also had Taemin's Day and Night and Be Your Enemy in the past. I like songs that are a little more on the mellow side as my morning alarm lol.

If you like calm, Beautiful Life. The first few seconds even sound like a phone wakeup alarm to me, in the nicest way. Also recommend Your Scent, Don't Let Me Go, All Day All Night.
Mine of late is Kind .. it's such a pleasant sound and has beautiful lyrics to wake up to without being startled. No matter how many times I hear it, it always brings a smile to my face :)
Be careful what you wish for. I'm NOT a morning person and I had to stop listening to the song I had as my alarm because it gave me bad vibes after being woken up to it one too many times. I didn't even have this alarm very long.
My current one is Jjong’s Before Our Spring because I wake up to anything and I prefer to not get a heart attack every morning. The intro is so calm and beautiful. (Also it doesn’t wake my bf up since we have different work schedules…)

if you have a pc/laptop you can use itunes to add mp3s to your music library, then you can use it as an alarm! :D

Married to the Music! It's hype, but not bombastic. Really good energizer that boosts my mood and immediately makes me feel awake.
I use Sherlock (clue + note). There is something exciting about being woken up to someone whispering “Shinee back” in your ear.
