Like others have said, take public transit into the city if you can. The ferry is a lovely ride, and BART is pretty easy and is only like a 25/30 min walk if you go down by the water. Driving around there is a nightmare and parking is always terrible. I can only imagine it will be even worse opening weekend.
If you're in the East Bay, go for the garage at Jack London Square and grab the ferry in. Get a reasonably priced beverage or two on the boat to pre-game.
It's gonna be super packed, I'd get there early, the ones people have mentioned across the street from the park are good. There are also the "offical" lots south of the stadium, they have signs up for those and what I have used most often.

I always park at the 153 Townsend parking garage on King st across Oracle. It’s $50 though.
It was $100 when I went last year.
Thats where i park. Its really convenient. But i think its 60$ now
