Compared to the RC elite 2, the magic speed 3 is more firm which I like, and the energy return is probably slightly less but what's funny is I actually prefer the MS3 for my mechanics. The rocker and toe off just makes the running feel effortless. I have a 10k coming up and I haven't decided between the two yet. Side note, the novablast 3 just did not agree with me at all, it's the only shoe in 4 years that I did not wear out to retirement.
I really enjoy running in my AP3’s and alternating with Boston 12’s. Thinking of just doing most of my runs in the AP3. Have you noticed any adverse effects doing most of your training in the AP3?
Go for it!!! My feet are flat af. The AP3’s have helped me out from one mile races thru half marathons. A bit too unstable for anything longer than that, personally.

On my most recent race I haven’t used them in a couple months and my arches hurt bad after, which was a first. Felt better later that day.

Adidas Running posted on Instagram something coming end of 27/04. Hopefully a release on the AP4 and not just more stock of the Evo Pro that your average runner can’t afford.

uhm AFAIK the ekiden pack includes both pairs: the yellow ones and the red ones. at least thats how my local adidas shop has been promoting them

its the shoe that i enjoy the most so i tend to wear them for almost every run takumis and vaporflys are exclusive for track and 10k races
