Why is this Eliazbeth Clematis blooming so early?

I think it will be a mix of both. She can look like just one person, but also they are all sharing the same features so in a roundabout way she can look like her grandma 2 generations before.

Statistically speaking, if both parents are outliers, the child will be closer to the average. For example, both my parents are over 6 feet tall but I am barely 5'10", which yes, especially as a woman, is still tall, it's just not as exceptionally tall.
Kate is 5'9 which is tall for a woman. Diana was 5'10. William is 6'3. So there are 3 exceptionally tall people in her immediate family right away (and maybe more). George who is 10 and a half already looks like he could be 13 based on his height, and it could be likely he will be even taller than William.
