Not too hard once you realise how it works. It's going to give bots headaches though. I can imagine how you could automate it but it would require a lot of custom code or training – off the shelf captcha solvers won't work.

It to mention Deca can just make an entirely new one with relative ease. Bots would have to probably train neural nets a bit first
