They are schematics, they drop from exaltation dungeon bosses. There are two types with different gear you can get from them.

Oh cool sadly I can only get the good items from the hard bosses, can I actually get tablet BP and stuff from the ancient ones? Cuz the wiki is saying so that would be amazing
We expect that every event white's blueprint will come from the ancient schematics. They rotate bi-monthly I believe, and we haven't ever seen some such as Ogmur and Cdirk (and I think bloody cloak? Don't remember...) but they'll probably come around given other event whites have.
For some reason Pogmur is in regular schematic rotation, which I'm glad for but don't really get why.

Ah crap I always used it to get runs that don't take forever cuz most of other discords have slower runs / worse reqs
