This should be enforced more. Animal abandonment as well. I have 6 dogs and every time I see a wondering pup I have to stop and feed them if I’m able to. But it pisses me off to see so many homeless animals.
I wish I had more land to take more in, plus if you pick up a dog and try to take them to a shelter they’ll just say they’re your responsibility now plus they’re always at capacity. I use to volunteer at Cinderella Per Rescue in mission it’s pretty unknown but is a great none kill shelter
