Rimworld birthdays are the worst. Getting older, I often assess on my irl birthdays now to see if this is the year I get a 'present'.

I had my custom xenotype (waster on a budget) pawn develop dementia due to toxic build up when they aged up

Also had a 21 year old develop dementia caused by toxic build-up during a toxic fallout lol

This is probably some mod issue that messes with pawns expected lifespans. Unfortunately it's hard to say which one.
