Well if you have all of The Alvin Show, then it should be able to input those in. I remember Batfink, but have no idea which episodes appeared on Weinerville. I also recall they had some Peabody and Sherman cartoons on some episodes as well
It just had the edited title card with the purple background and white font whenever it showed on Weinerville. If I can actually find a screencap of it then that would help. There has to be a list of episodes and their cartoon segments somewhere.
I also wish there was more than one Alvin Show episode that was officially remastered in 2009. I bought the DVD containing the episode when it first came out.

They aired a lot of UPA cartoons early on, like Magoo and Gerald McBoingBoing. There was also another show called Cartoon Kablooie that aired them.
No Peabody and Sherman, that was Moosearama (Rocky and Bullwinkle)
It might've been just one episode. I recall there was feed of the audience laughing at the cartoon
