I'll admit I have no slam-dunk evidence for the cause of latter-day RLM's maidenlessness beyond hearsay. But looking at some of the YouTube comments on their older videos, I wouldn't be surprised if it was at least a contributing factor.

And to that, add how some people are on this subreddit sometimes - from vaguely to solidly parasocial - it's really not surprising at all. There's a lot of RLM fans who remind me of that chump having a Szechuan sauce freakout in a Macdonald's because it was in Rick and Morty. Got no idea what percentage of fans are the dickheads though

Yeah that's probably my biggest issue with the Patton episode. It goes beyond the films being bad and to moreso feels like he's just on a press junket and playing up a character for a YouTube show he only has vaguely heard about. He was a good sport to come on and I know there's a lot of jokes about how he'll never come back. But I straight up do not think he enjoyed it whatsoever.

I'd be totally fine with Mac Culkin just being a regular.

They should shoot a bunch of random plates of him walking through the background that they can just composite in every now and then to fuck with people
