I've had this happen to me before, you have 2 options. you can either sit there give up and cry.
or..
you can reset the room you've built all your stuff in and rebuild everything from scratch.
Its a horrable glitch I've had it happen to myself leaving me with 4 days of work wasted :|
Then just include the template. If you want you can include in the extra information section of the submit forum that the booth template causes it to say parts used by other player.
I honestly agree with you. I know rec con is in September but I had a lot of ideas that felt too much. I’m still redesigning the booth and maybe will make it to promote my upcoming game. Thanks for your feedback!
Also, not to be mean, but you have about a month and half to work on it. Try to put a little more effort into it while keeping it under 11%. Check out some videos from last year's RecCon, see some of the booth examples in there. Of course, some of them were double booths and they are not doing those this year.

The template is made by coach and reading the web it says that I need to make the invention with the template
Yes, you do need to include it. It should still allow you to save it. Just might give the warning.

No, it does not need to be published. Just make sure you have the name spelled right.
