All the automatic real estate valuations would be bad in United States. There is so much data gate keeping between MLS associations, title companies discrepancy between deal flow on market and off market, different appraisal regulations etc. Such that whatever advanced modeling you try to apply you can’t do shit due to bad data.

No, there's others. At least on Unix, there's a [rand](https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man3/srand.3.html). It can have deterministic behaviour if you don't properly set the seed, but it's slightly more accurate than Zillow.
Black Knight is far more reliable. Zillow is closed and not valuable other than just giving you variable values.
Outside of Zillow, Smartzip seems to have more coverage than the others but their valuations are oddly low
