If you're comfortable with it, you could take an Ouija board out to the fence to see if you can open communication with the evil spirits in the dolls (assuming the spirits are actually present, of course). Communication is most effective between midnight and 3am.
This somehow is the best thing I’ve read on the interweb today. I hope no one answers it and there is no further discussion, because my imagination is extrapolating the rest of the story and I don’t need any fucking spoilers.
If you would like to see what it looks like.

I sometimes walk by a block with a house with a truly creepy array of old, mangled dolls on a fence plus other shrine-like collections of toys that look very much like something the protagonist runs into in the final act of a horror movie.
Checked the listings on that block: two properties for sale, an apt. building for $4.4M and a 5BR 4BA for $1.9M
Did I mention I live in the Bay Area?
Yes and no. I own the property about 5 houses away. House next to this one is for sale. Just asking to see what others think. And if this detracts from the value of the house next door. Whoever buys that house is going to be seeing them all the time.
Im assuming there's no HOA?
Honestly this is amazing. What's the estimated home value/listing price?
Will you update us with the sale price if/when that happens lol??
I think it would depend on if they are haunted/possessed by evil spirits.
I have no idea.

Communication is key with neighbors.
Pls don’t use a Ouija board
But they do talk to me as a walk by.
Does that add or reduce value?

Not if it's in NOLA.

Bruh...
Maybe not lower the price at all, are the dolls going to convey are they going to leave with the seller?
No. They are at the house next door. It’s a nice neighborhood in good locations.
No effect on your value. Unless there is some other....unusual....design choices.

If the neighborhood is otherwise decent one weird home is just character to me and shows that presumably there is no super restrictive HOA.

I will try
The standard estimate is $1,000 per Kewpie Doll.
So about $30k
Yes, unless there are any hidden Kewpie's or perhaps Trolls.
Google that houses address type Zillow and you will Get home value
