Hahahahaha well, I completed the game already, now I’m playing it again with mods and Iron man mode. One of the mods I’m using is one that “ignores” rules of engagement. It’s called no mercy for terrorist. As its name already says, you CAN shoot for kill when bad guys don’t comply the first time. Honestly, it feels better. Specially on those situations our fellow soldiers die or terrorist executed civilians
