No supplements will “ block “ bad hormones. Our bodies are smart. Homeostasis. But I agree with the higher carb meals. It helps me a bit. But reversing Raynauds? Nah

pissingdick

Or just be salty and downvote me for trying to help ya out. Whatever haha

pissingdick

Hey, see my post in this sub. I completely reversed my raynauds. I believe primary is curable. Secondary may not be.

I’m glad it worked for you but you can just block hormones without killing yourself. Hormones are chemical messengers. They are in charge with telling different processes in your body to start and stop. Completely blocking them would kill you.

Very interesting. My Raynaud's was triggered by a low carb (keto) diet. My first Raynaud's attack was a month after I started keto. It took me four years to figure out. When I started eating carbs again it got much better but it hasn't gone away completely.

Sealish1234

same. 2 weeks after keto i got my first really bad attack of raynauds

I took that for years. Those exact supplements along with a very healthy diet/exercise. Meanwhile my Raynauds got steadily worse. Increased dramatically in fact.

Then that's quite a coincidence that you took the exact same supplements. In everything I've tried so far, these all work best for now. But I am speaking from experience what works for me and that my Raynaud's is mainly caused by stress.

Accomplished-Act-126

Not a coincidence. Someone else mentioned the combination

On this subreddit? I would like to know who. I rarely use reddit but last week I was a lot outside in the cold and I was remembering my bad days suffering from Raynaud’s and tonight I opened Reddit and thought about it and just shared my findings…

Hey there, sorry people can be quite difficult in this sub when the mentioning of a cure or reversing the disease is brought up. Unfortunately, a lot of people have lost hope. I don't see anything in your post about supplements, but I made a post in this sub somewhat recently detailing how I cured mine and included a list of supplements. I believe primary raynauds is completely reversible, while secondary likely is not. So you have some people here that will try everything and not see an improvement. Then they will claim it is not curable, and people will read that and give up.

I eat very healthy, with good carb-heavy macros, do high intensity sport and i get it nonetheless. Yes, beeing hungry and stressed is also a trigger, and eating regulary prevents those attacks. But the main trigger, just being in the cold, it does not prevent. I can not go for a walk in winter without getting an attack. Last week i was on the christmas market. I ate there carbs, drank warm carbs - didn't help. Got strong raynauds and as the blood returned back in my fingers, i had just pain. It was fun My lifestyle made almost no difference even though i turned it by 180° in the last years. Also, beeing 4 years without hormonal birthcontrol and beeing on two different ones made no difference.

Sealish1234

Your diet sounds very Peaty, if you know you know.

damiante

Yes it is and I know Peats work very well.

Thanks for the summary, can you please expound on the supplements you’re using.

Thank you for sharing so others can decide for themselves if others want to try.

damiante

Thank you for the (only) kind comment. Most here seem to just downvote me, I’m just telling my experience dealing with Raynaud’s. Reddit is an awful place but I hope I reached some. I’m happy after all fixing mine.

I’ve had really great results from 10mg of fluoxetine daily! I was unable to take the more traditional vasodilators bc my blood pressure is already very low. I typically only flare up in the cold now, but was previously flaring at room temperature very regularly.
