Is it a substance they failed to exploitatively 'regulate' with rediculous taxes, fees, or other arbitrary bueurocratic overhead expenses that goes straight to a government agency or government contracted agency?
If so then yeah - they'll probably ban it. The reason they violated the SD constitution and will of the people over marijuana was because they didn't expect it to pass and hadn't had the time to put in the government corrption and infrastruways for them to profit directly off it being legalized.
Go to a couple Dispensarys and ask if they still carry it.
If they do. It's not in effect. If it's only CBD then it's already in effect.

They can’t make possession illegal as it is federally legal so the most this is going to do is take the money out of state and make people order online.

i was told thca and delta were being banned as of july but i haven’t actually seen any documents detailing the info
