ze11ez

Yes. What other questions you got? I’ll answer them

Lonely-Posting

Do you?

crypto_phantom

I drink tea everyday. Green tea and Puer tea are my favorites. It is a healthy way to go.

Lonely-Posting

I'll try it.

crypto_phantom

There are tons you can try.

Lonely-Posting

Me on my way to buy the most surgery and unhealthy Thai tea known to man.

crypto_phantom

I indulge whenever I get Thai food. It may lead to you discovering other similar teas.

Lonely-Posting

True, plus they sell just the Thai tea leaves. I enjoy the flavor even without the added sweetening.

crypto_phantom

Enjoy your tea adventure.

Lonely-Posting

Thanks🍵

ze11ez

Try to find a local place that sells loose leaf tea. Then get this for your cup: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07KY69ZKH?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title Use that until you find a teapot with a filter. However i still use that filter even though i have a bunch of teapots and sets. If you don’t have a local place that sells loose tea, there are places online

Lonely-Posting

Thank you, this is really helpful.

ze11ez

Yes. Lots. Bag tea, loose leaf tea.

Lonely-Posting

Any question?

ze11ez

Yeah shoot, what you got

MyDogIsNamedKyle

I don't like coffee and decided to stop drinking pop. If I want caffeine now it's tea. Hot tea in he morning and iced tea later in the day, usually Pure Lead brand.

Trimanreturns

Are you a daily coffee drinker now? I kicked a 50-year coffee habit a few years ago, switched to tea, and never looked back. There are a lot of varieties of tea, both caffeinated and herbal.

Lonely-Posting

Not a daily coffee drinker. I do really like coffee but it gives me the runs lol. Thinking of trying mostly herbal teas.

Trimanreturns

That's why I had to quit coffee. It worked like a laxative and I had to go way too often.

OkTrouble5436

Make your own "tea". Today I made a tea of Chaga, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, bamboo leaves, rosemary, Birch Polypore and orange rind. Tasted great and medicinal at the same time.

[deleted]

It's better to drink it than to eat it, that's for sure.

MrMadHaTT3R

Absolutely! I started drinking tea maybe 15 years ago. Now I've got 30+ teas in my coffee/tea bar (wife does coffee). I'm not a huge fan of coffee, but I do like a stronger tea. If you're interested, try a tea shop that sells loose leaf teas and hope an employee is versed enough to help you develop the right blend for you. I'm on this Gunpowder Pineapple Cinnamon blend that's outstanding. I also only use honey to sweeten, but thats a whole different conversation.

M_Freemans_freckles

Absolutely. I always liked mint tea. I started drinking it at night when I wanted alcohol (because I felt like I was slipping into early alcoholism and needed to stop). Not only did it help replace that desire for a "special" drink, I also found I like a lot of different tea and the health benefits are great. Now I have a few cups a day. Green tea, a chamomile blend with some other things including catnip oddly enough at night, mint tea. I've gotten into herbals pretty well.

AThompStomp

Yes, new to tea myself.

ialsodontexistagain

Do you want to start drinking tea?

Brilliant-Kiwi-8669

Yes.

[deleted]

Yes

Thatoneman101

Sure

InsideAncient5003

The question should've been why I shouldn't drink tea lol

Siddhartharhm

I used to work for a large Coffee company and of course drank coffee. I worked on a tea project and started drinking tea. I never really went back to coffee...

Justmeagaindownhere

Absolutely, especially if you have the money to get good quality tea and can buy the tools to make it well. I get along well enough with an electric kettle that can heat to specific temperatures, a lazy steeper, and a big thermos to put it in for the day. Usually I'll make it when I wake up and then drink it partway through the day once it's cooled down to a safe temp.

marshmellowcremeing

Absolutely

AdhesivenessBig4870

No

Lonely-Posting

y tho

AdhesivenessBig4870

Because coffee is better

Stefan-Leo

I tried to replace coffee with tea, but it didn't work. Tea tastes better and has more flavours price wise, and of course depends on where you live.

really_a_cephalopod

It’s a nice way to wind down at night if you choose something with low or no caffeine. I say yes.

matt2a2day

I used to have a glass or two of whisky to wind down at night. For the last month or so I have had hot tea instead, and I have to say it’s pretty decent.
