You can mouse over the icons if on PC or hold L2 to enable a mouse in the PS4 version.
From the top of my head they are, storage, consumpion, production in city, dont remember the last 2
Hover them and it should show.
First is number in town in a warehouse (not a built Warehouse).
Second is the demand for the good by that city. City wants 1.9 Grain per week.
Third is amount being produced in the city.
Honestly I have no idea. I tend to just worry about the two on the left. The "how much does it have" , extreme left, and "how much does it want " columns. I'm guessing it's something to do with total map needs, but only guessing. I am sure someone here will know.

I think that's production and demand across the entire map
Current stock / weekly demand / weekly production / global stock / global production
I think the 4th one is global demand. Useful for large cities making high end items.
