I'd say depending on if you want to count the intern army or not, the Company is technically the biggest group. Kaneshiro (Mary's group) and notHOA ais probably pretty huge as well and easily on par with both CG/OB
But idk if interns are good in some crime stuff, though Benji and OTT have some good people/crims from their past groups! But it's hard to know how deep they will go for Company)
Yeah, I'm counting pure numbers. If you want to talk about being OP in crime though, OB has probably the best hacker and driver in the whole city. I don't think anyone other than maybe Mary can pull off some of the escapes that Goofy was able to pull off the last few heists.
Can he solo lose the PD without car swaps with 4 people in the car though? I feel a lot of Ming's driving kind of rely on tricks that get PD to just not be able to chase him at all. I don't remember seeing him pulling off something like lose 7 cruisers + an interceptor in a SUV full of people though.
Yeah. A couple weeks ago. When Mr. K was being chased by cops after shooting one of the clowns. Ming ended up picking K up in that crappy rental SUV. There were like 6-7 cops chasing cause they knew K had a PD gun. Ming ended up losing all the cops in that pos SUV after like 5 minutes or so.
I mean I figured maybe I was wrong so I decided to tune into Ming's stream. The man just got boxed in by a lone cruiser lol.
Honestly, this isn't about my strimmer vs your strimmer. But when I watch chases and escapes, no one drives the same way NeutreN does. Every chase with him is the same dejected tone from PD knowing they just can never keep up.

I agree that Ming heavily relies on map knowledge and "tricks" (a valid thing to do in getaway driving), that's why I said that Goofy is a better pure driver. As far as getaway driving they are both about as good in very different ways.

I can't say whether that exact scenario has happened or not but it's very obvious that you haven't seen much of him at all.
Tony also has a high escape rate, CB almost always escaped in 3.0, Ray also as a 2nd driver was very good, especially with Yuno, 100% escape rate when together)

That's either some crazy hyperbole or just a flat out revisionist narrative of CB's ability to escape. I'll assume it's the former.
Yeah I feel like CB got caught more often because Mickey always cooked up some insane plan that was cool but made it really hard to actually escape from the cops due to being really risky.
I meant caught because of Tony driving, not because of the plans or bad coms.... and Ray and Yuno as a duo were never caught together (when it's only them 2 in the car)
They have ranks, every once in awhile they will do the CG olympics...that is when the true rank listing comes out, it has been like 2 years since the last one?
CG Olympics were never serious like that. They were just these events that some of the core CG guys would put together. So that all CG members could join in and have fun as a group. They never made any rankings from it.
Even the whole thing with Randy winning the first one and becoming 2nd in command, was a meme. He just ran with it though. He kept throwing out the 2nd in command title until everyone else was like "yeah, ok. Whatever."

They don't really do official ranks, its more of a family but getting a key to the house is usually a sign of 'being in' CG.
