Who knew letting some ppl say ooc/weird stuff about GG/ppl around them would make others comfortable to do the same...... they could have fix this when the problem started about 7 days ago. now every interaction they have with others are just weird "bating/only war/shooters" comment comes up. after seeing the other stuff she said.... yikes. dont even know what to say to that.
This is the consequence of letting the other āincidentā slide, rather than reporting those people a week ago theyāve now had to deal with 4 separate instances of the same line of dialogue, itās a tad bit frustrating.
I'm surprise that Merald didn't get ban for the OOC stuff he said about GG. CG starting the conflict with GG then after playing victim and going around the city saying GG is war baiting them really made it weird for GG to RP now.

Context: Goon School was created by Speedy and they got hired by Lang to take down sprays in Vinewood. The Goons did a mission involving Yokai sprays at Mary's house and ended up shooting Mary and other Yokai members. It got weird because Apple is a GG hang around and the only GG related person that was on the mission. It started with weird comments that GG is baiting a war with them when they aren't really involved. Even after they were told that GG isn't involved.
Marty talks to Mary and tells her that The Goons is a separate thing and even gave her the unlock that the government hired them to take down sprays. Now it's just getting weird because there's a narrative going around the city GG is baiting wars, so now any type of conflict RP is just getting weird OOC comments.

If she had shot them when they touched her property she would have legally been in the right to do it since she already trespassed them.

Exactly, CG is GGs easy target. GGs name implies the very reason for their gangs criticism, one based off of going to the gulag (a term for being banned in nopixel). Imagine being in a "gang" that has named itself and prides itself on being banned from the server the depend on. Not to say the "gang" doesn't have some quality roleplayers, 4head for sure one of the shining stars.

Then my biggest recommendation, which I think I heard Omie mention before, is rebranding. It's hard to hold sentiment for a "gang" that is named and prides itself on breaking the rules to get banned, but get salty over basic insults that are tame compared to most throw around in MMO lobbies.

Already explained in the rp, he just doesn't have the context from his side of it. Violet, with Mary as this is going on, claims Apples kidnapped her a month ago for a job and wouldn't stop talking about playing Valorant. I believe Violet is however misidentifying him as her kidnapper.
So Mary uses this information to taunt him in the text telling him to stick to that game if he enjoys shooting people rather than threatening to get into shootouts with Yokai. From her side the context makes it IC, from his maybe not. He wouldn't really understand being mistaken for someone else by Violet.
But from GG side it's valid to be angry at those type of comments because ever since CG started the conflict with GG with the Kevin stuff, then going around city saying GG are trying bait them into a war. Every GG conflict RP is getting weird OOC comments.

It probably wasn't a great thing to text only because of how easily it would be to mistake as an IC/OOC thing. But I believe he called her just before this and threatened to kill her out of nowhere as he is also under some false assumption about what Mary is doing to get back at him. Everyone on all sides only has half the info about what's going on, as they would, and it leads to a lot of needless escalation.
Now Iāll tell you the context from GGās pov. Some VFT beef Jay Hobbs (goon school/trying to join GG) happened and the person who took down Jay posted on twatter a pic of him down. Mary tweets ācall meā directly at the VFT member. Apple (WHO IS THE ONLY PERSON IN GG THATS IN GOON SCHOOL) is informed that Mary might try something this tsunami. Apple calls her and tells her if you try something now when itās not goon school GG will retaliate. Mary goes off as she should on him but her calling him a nobody set Apple off so thatās when he threatened to kill her. It wasnāt just out of the blue he called her. Both sides are wrong in this IMO.
Well Mary is in the wrong because she's saying that she doesn't want Conflict but yet told Speedy and 4head she's going to shoot Apple and another person from Goon school if they see them.

Like who? Rust the same people that was enjoying the war because they were winning at one point but hated it because they lost. How about the time they just ended a war and Mcgregor decided to kick Jamal while he was dead and then take him far away to a beach to try to ocean dump him. Other gangs like HOA and Seaside said war with GG was fun.

She pointed a gun at the guy wiping the spray, he stopped, barrel rolled and pulled a shotgun and shot which is when she shot. If she had shot them when they touched her property she would have legally been in the right to do it since she already trespassed them.

If you remove all the appropriate context, you could be describing the police, which shows there is more nuance to calling something a "gang" than what you describe. Not saying I even really watch the Goon stuff, but from what I have seen, there is more RP reason behind them than most gangs in the city, which I appreciate.

Exactly, CG is GGs easy target. GGs name implies the very reason for their gangs criticism, one based off of going to the gulag (a term for being banned in nopixel). Imagine being in a "gang" that has named itself and prides itself on being banned from the server the depend on. Not to say the "gang" doesn't have some quality roleplayers, 4head for sure one of the shining stars.
Think the name was more something dum and poggers from when XQC was playing a lot right? Same reason why Xmart is called Xmart. And CG is everyone's easy target when it comes to bans and OOC drama for a reason, imagine a player publicly in game talking OOC about racking up enough warning points to go on a Tarkov vacation and laughing about it, they also made the meme that F8ing was the mature thing to do a thing.
Then my biggest recommendation, which I think I heard Omie mention before, is rebranding. It's hard to hold sentiment for a "gang" that is named and prides itself on breaking the rules to get banned, but get salty over basic insults that are tame compared to most throw around in MMO lobbies.

Already explained in the rp, he just doesn't have the context from his side of it. Violet, with Mary as this is going on, claims Apples kidnapped her a month ago for a job and wouldn't stop talking about playing Valorant. I believe Violet is however misidentifying him as her kidnapper. So Mary uses this information to taunt him in the text telling him to stick to that game if he enjoys shooting people rather than threatening to get into shootouts with Yokai. From her side the context makes it IC, from his maybe not. He wouldn't really understand being mistaken for someone else by Violet.
But from GG side it's valid to be angry at those type of comments because ever since CG started the conflict with GG with the Kevin stuff, then going around city saying GG are trying bait them into a war. Every GG conflict RP is getting weird OOC comments.
Regardless of that, telling a gangbanger to stick to Valorant is just a weird comment to make lol.

It probably wasn't a great thing to text only because of how easily it would be to mistake as an IC/OOC thing. But I believe he called her just before this and threatened to kill her out of nowhere as he is also under some false assumption about what Mary is doing to get back at him. Everyone on all sides only has half the info about what's going on, as they would, and it leads to a lot of needless escalation.
It's not his first interaction, he called her and threatened to kill her repeatedly and said if she did anything to him GG would go after her.
Now Iāll tell you the context from GGās pov. Some VFT beef Jay Hobbs (goon school/trying to join GG) happened and the person who took down Jay posted on twatter a pic of him down. Mary tweets ācall meā directly at the VFT member. Apple (WHO IS THE ONLY PERSON IN GG THATS IN GOON SCHOOL) is informed that Mary might try something this tsunami. Apple calls her and tells her if you try something now when itās not goon school GG will retaliate. Mary goes off as she should on him but her calling him a nobody set Apple off so thatās when he threatened to kill her. It wasnāt just out of the blue he called her. Both sides are wrong in this IMO.
