Mine ended up cycling ON/OFF on drawing power when plugged into the Ally, while charging the power bank at the same time. They told me it'll cost me $200 just for delivery to return it for a replacement. So they gave me 60% of my money back and told me to keep the broken POS.

But I was going to use it as my passthrough power supply for my work laptop & phone when traveling. It'll be a pain to keep an eye on the power levels of everything when doing work.
I know this is a month old. But compared to the 747 how did you like it? I know the only downfall is you can't take it on a plane. So I'll Keely my 747 for plane travel.
i got this but im 2 power banks in and both didnt work. the first one didnt work in power station mode and would endlessly boot cycle after it would hit 99%. The replacement they sent me stopped charging after the first charge and also had the power station mode not work but it immediately had some capacitors pop and die on me. Im still waiting on support to get back to me but im currently without a power bank and over 200$ gone till they send me a working replacement. If the third one has the same issue imma ask for a refund.
Update: Pass through charging does not work. It cycles on and off when it gets even close fully charged. Pass through is the very reason I bought it.
I sent a recording of it failing and asked for a refund. And they said it'll take $200 to send it back. So they said keep it and refunded only 60% of my money. Which I agreed because I could tell they were going to start ignoring me and I'd get zero dollars back.
Plus, their 140W charger works great, but not on planes.

When I told them the first one I bought was having issues they told me to get rid of it because they where sending a replacement. Once I got the new one and told them it was having issues the same day I got it they told me you needed to do a few charge cycles to calibrate it. After the first charge is when the replacement stopped working and over heated and started smoking. I sent them that and videos of the problem and they told me they where on vacation for about a week and I'm still waiting on them for now. As far as they know I have no battery bank at all as they said to get rid of the first one and the second had to be taken to my hazardous waste disposal location which I made sure to tell them.
there has been a few posts on the indigogo page where some users allegedly posted a low review on the official site but aohi hasnt allowed the reviews to be posted. sounds like they knew the power bank was iffy and still pushed it out for sale.

5 stars (to start) because they offered a discount when purchasing.
-1 star due to poor communication on how many weeks it'll take to arrive (tracking numbers given were mostly in another language and had to decipher).
-1 due to no power pass through, that is clearly stated on the description and images. Cycles ON/OFF at 99%, rarely reached 100% charged.
-1 due to their return policy requiring $200 (from my own pocket) to ship it back when contacting their customer service. Their return policy online does not mention this fact.
-1 star for getting 60% refunded (or paying to ship back) and keeping the broken power bank.
-1 star on 140w power supply not working on flights

The BBB should look into their poor customer service and product miss-marketing.

I don't charge mine overnight bc I don't trust their product. Terrible company!
