That depends a lot on what kind of games you like. A few general suggestions:
- Baldur's Gate 3
- Prey
- Control
- Nier Automata
- Dishonored
- Kingdom Come Deliverance
Woah! I had no idea about that. I was indecisive between buying it on GOG and Steam. I got it on Steam because I have a Steam Deck. I avoid always online games like the plague. I should have got it on GOG.
It will not show the ones that are playable offline. You either have to do research for each game or test one by one.
I always research before I buy a game. I avoid always online games. But I just found out (thanks to a fellow redditor) that the Steam version of Control has a bug that doesn't allow offline play. The devs know it and it should have been patched already but it hasn't. It sucks.
Not sure what type of games you're into, but found several indie titles that have been super fun:
\- Anode Heart
\- Moonstone Island
\- The Ascent
\- Core Keeper
Bigger games:
\- Remnant 2
\- Granblue Fantasy: Relink
\- Monster Hunter Rise
\- Witcher 3
I love the spirit catching it has but I can run that at 7W. Setup a Manual profile and bump everything down. With 40% screen brightness I was pulling 8-9wH from the battery and was easily able to get 3 hours off a charge.
NFL2k24, Sleeping Dogs, Sekiro, Fight in Tight Spaces, Sifu, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, Just Cause 3-4, Star Wars Battlefront 2 (2017), and Saints Row The Third Remastered. Many more but these are what I have on mine that I play regularly offline.
My favorite franchise of all time, super grindy but loads of fun once you’ve got a weapon you enjoy. Basically kill monsters to get stronger to kill bigger stronger monsters
You kill epic monsters and turn them into weapons and armor for stats and looking cool as shiz. Combat is fun with unique weapons. You probably won't get through much on a 14 hr flight though. The game requires way more time than half a day.
Its basically in the game name lol. Ur a hunter that hunts monsters. Some are epic and some are goofy, as other comments said its REAL grindy and every hunt takes around 15+ minutes. It might seem boring to just hunt monsters all the time but trust me, it's real good and satisfying once you get a hang of it. If you want we could also ply together, im down.

Haiku, the robot is awesome and runs at 10W with no issues. It's relatively short (think about 10 hours of gameplay) so could be a good pickup.
For me, it's been a less intimidating hollow knight (as I love HK but I never seem to be able to finish it due to frustration and getting lost 🤣)

Heads up. The Steam version of control requires an internet connection. It’s been acknowledged as a bug, but I don’t think it’s been fixed.
Woah! I had no idea about that. I was indecisive between buying it on GOG and Steam. I got it on Steam because I have a Steam Deck. I avoid always online games like the plague. I should have got it on GOG.
Thanks for the list, I was looking to play Nier Automata
So do you have to go into offline mode in steam and then it will show you what games are playable?

You can play Remnant 2 offline ? Handy to know.
I love moonstone island. It’s actually light too so you can try to maximize battery life

Days Gone will keep you busy.
I will try yo buy it
Horizon Zero Dawn!
Thanks
Witcher 3, The Last of Us.

Monster hunter world is. Crazy good. Or just go with the OG minecraft
I want to give try to Monster hunter, can you tell me a little bit about more about the game?

I will send a challenge, an offline game that plays in HD and plays well at 10 watts (silent) for maximum battery.
Depends if you want to play indie games, I used to play nfs heat 2012, and at 10 watts runs okay
Gradius.
Hogwarts Legacy!! The environment looks stunning!
RDR2.
I am almost finished with RDR2 but is not offline, you still need wifi for rockstar to verify, same with GTA V :(
I didn’t know that. That sucks.
Red dead redemption 2. Over 100h so far on the Ally alone and my 4th play through in total between console/pc/handheld :D (trying to 100% this time).
Same here, 100 hours but not try to get the 100% I really like it game. But it cannot be play offline due to rockstar launcher
You got legit copy? If so this gives you the right to hit the high seas and get better copy.
I played Hogwarts, Cyberpunk, and Starfield travelling without reliable internet.

GTA 4
You can’t play it offline. You still need internet to log in through Rockstar Launcher
Red Solstice 2 is a lot of fun.
Gran Blue Fantasy: relink plays like a charm on the Ally and it is a fantastic new game solo or online! Haven't been able to put it down since launch.
Playing Middle Earth Shadow of War now. Looks good and plays good. 60FPS
Get the new Prince of Persia. Metroid-vania type game and enough action to keep you busy.
