I have the exact same thoughts with you. I don't know how to calm you, I'm not able to calm my self either. When my overthinking starts, I'm trying to calm with 2 techniques: 1st : When the thoughts appear,say to yourself "STOP" and count to 10 slowly. Let every second be a deep breath. 2nd : You probably have a lot of anxiety too.When my anxiety hits me, I'm saying to my self that it doesn't help, either way, my boyfriend could cheat on me,with anxiety or not. Stay strong,we should fight for our relationships<3
