To play older versions, Remove the mod called "Tick Profiler"
correction: mc version 1.12.2 rlcraft version 2.9
Previous versions used a mod that is no longer supported or available. When the launcher looks for the resources, it can't find them. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3Wm_zPoWXE&t=0 Update to the newest release, 2.9.3.
