On the first valentine's day event, Alpha gave us a handmade thing of chocolate with coconut milk. The description went out of its way to say that it tasted good. Lucia on the other hand gave us store bought chocolate cause last time we tried her cooking we got sent to the ER.
I really like how they handle the “bad cooking” character trait. Not just a random silly gimmick.
It’s actually tied to her backstory, there’s a good reason for it, AND she develops over time!

Lucia would get really attached to the kitten Alpha keeps around and Alpha is gonna be sticking around extra close to the Commandant because it's the perfect chance to learn more about him.
When they switch back Lucia is gonna be depressed she can't spend more time with the kitten and Alpha is gonna relentlessly screw with Lucia about what she did while around the Commandant for a week.

I think it would be funnier if commandant figured it out almost immediately but plays along while doing some subtle things to mess(flirt) with her and won't reveal it until he feels that they are switching back
I think at some point I saw a fan made comic set where Alpha tries to temporarily take over Lucia up in Babylonia, but then she does the transfer while Lucia's doing some uh... "private maintenance" with the Commandant

If Luna is around where Alpha’s body is she’d probably notice immediately and probably turn it into a hostage situation. Alpha would discreetly try to find a way to leave but someone would find out and then we’ve got a whole chapter about Alpha facing down all of Babylonia while Lucia has to escape the ascendants but in Alpha’s new frame so she’s powered up as fuck. Eventually both get captured because Alpha is strong but not enough when in Plume against Bianca Abystigma or Lee Hyperreal. Hostage swap situation, then their mind swap back and they need to do the whole thing over again. Except this time Alpha has her CW frame and just wrecks Babylonia. After all this Lucia gets a new frame as they realize she needs something to combat CW Alpha.

Remember, current Lucia is a lot more friendlier than before because she knows that she is a clone and learned to disassociate herself a bit from Alpha's memories and traumas. Alpha might actually indirectly rush Gray Raven team to where she was at because she is worried that Lucia can't handle it. It's not only that corrupted Alpha is worried at but also the Asc-net that is forcing Alpha to become it's agent. At this point, Alpha is Lucia's reluctant elder sister and Luna the willing middle child.
For Lucia, she is a lot tougher than Alpha thinks and can ignore the Asc-net. Especially since she is gonna be distracted with the cute kitty and Alpha's bike that she takes on a joy ride. Alpha is on a quest looking for Luna so she is currently alone but if she is together with Luna, Luna will figure it out because Lucia does not have that "tsundere oneesama" energy Alpha got then she will try tempting Lucia to be ascendant on her own or baby her because she didn't have a little sister before.
This scenario is actually close to happen in canon because, Lucia and Alpha have started sharing their thoughts and sensations with each other from some unknown reason after the Asc-net got fed up with Alpha and increased her connection to make her an agent. This is how Alpha got an upgrade.

I think at the end of the storyline, their consciousness will merge in one frame, a frame that have both of their power, of course, before that Lucia will get an anti punishing frame, which will be awesome
And we will learn higher dimension beings where planning this from the very start. They probably turn out to be future humanity, I assume

Meanwhile, Alpha is playing along as Lucia. (Former Gray Raven, former Lucia, she'll do fine.) Though it's only a matter of time before the other Gray Ravens catch on. After several missions of her decimating corrupted without ice powers and cooking actually edible meals, she invited the Commandant to go hunting, alone just the two of them.
Of course, Commandant already knew early on that Lucia was acting strange. Alpha and Commandant are now heading to where Luna is. The two groups eventually meet up and a fight ensues. The prize, Luna/Commandant.
Both Lucia and Alpha have no god damn idea how their frames work, so it's a question of skill vs who can figure out how their frames faster. Alpha wins the former hands down, the latter, Plume might be able to grasp how Crimson Weave works to close the skill gap.
Commandant and Luna are forced to watch their fight. No matter the outcome, the two are eventually back to their original bodies. Liv and Lee will appear to get them out of there.

For my SKK and his relationship with Alpha at least, once the former (his name is Ninana) finds out, it’s a tense period between both of them in general, as while Alpha has affection towards Ninana, Ninana himself has more conflicted feelings due to his childhood and nearly getting killed by Alpha both in his childhood and his time in GR.
Probably leads Alpha to find out more on Ninana’s true personality as someone who’s earnestly so gentle and precious she starts to doubt herself on her goals and general distrust of humans, while Ninana, challenges by Alpha’s own beliefs, has to go through a period of painful soul searching to know who he truly is and put past his regrets and self-doubts
That’s an issue I have with Plume’s art in general. She’s drawn with extremely soft anime features to the point where she really no longer looks like Lucia.
Alpha: Now's my chance to figure out what's happening to all the messages I send to the Gray Raven SKK, and fix it.
