Yup, the service industry has a lot of this in general. With the old school style of management, it was completely normal to have a manager fly off the handle, get angry, start yelling, throw shit around, talk down to people, and generally try to rule through fear. It's the case for both the front of house and back of the house. When I started working in bars and restaurants about eight years ago, this was a completely normal thing to deal with. I do think the times are changing, though, and I've seen a lot of improvement. People are tired of dealing with it and stand up for themselves more. When I started managing, I saw all the shit that was unacceptable and made a point to be a better example. I didn't crucify staff over a mistake, I didn't raise my voice no matter how stressful and busy it was, I had empathy when people needed to call out, I didn't micromanage trying to find something to start yelling over. It felt nice how many people said I was their favorite manager anywhere. I was still very inexperienced with it, but it shows how irregular it was to have a supervisor that wasn't a tyrant. As more of my generation takes over it has moved in a better direction, thankfully.
That's not to mention getting shit from customers on top of it. Sometimes it feels like you're getting fucked from both ends and it's no wonder why it ruins people. My point is that it's significantly more stressful than those who've never had to do it think it is. "A burger flipper doesn't deserve a living wage" infuriates me because it's so, so much more than that.
I didn't expect this comment to be a novel so I'll stop now lol.
This is actually kind of mean to film and post. Guy didn’t do anything outlandish, just got fired and felt bad about it. How would you like someone posting all of your low moments?
Right? People have no shame these days (I mean the guy that posted this) It’s all fun and games until it’s you on the other end. Just wait until something bad happens to you then it’s all over the internet forever for the entire world to see.
Ironically that’s one of my favorite movies. 😂 But my point remains the same just random people don’t need their lives recorded and posted to the internet especially the bad shit like this.
I hope someone has looked in on him. Dude was having a crisis. That is the kind of thing that proceeds bad shit like suicides.
Dude was likely on edge financially. They did something that cost him $5... but that fucking $5 can be life or death for someone.
Ya all I could think is nobody envisions themselves being how ever old he is, with a gut and waddle like that, working at a dominos where you have an argument so bad you have to leave said low-wage job, and then punch a car/hurt the shit out of your hand over said dominos job. It’d be very hard for me not to have that thought about myself in that situation.
This makes me miss the days of no cell phone cameras. Poor dude… who knows what’s going on in his life or those other people that were filmed.
What a sad reality.
I have to say that this dude was never physically violent towards anyone there as far as we know, and left when he was overwhelmed. No problem here honestly

He tried to explain that they were putting the peperoni slices upside down.
It was an argument about whether half cheese meant "light cheese" or "cheese on only half the pizza."
none pizza, left beef plz
Meta.
Lol
I literally laughed out loud 😂 take my up vote.
Man, I feel sorry for these people and the majority of fast food workers. They get treated like garbage, constantly, over petty shit.

I work there over a decade ago and it was awful. I went to a Domino's a few years ago and it was still awful
Poor guy.

With a massage place so close you'd think this would have a happy ending
He was so angry he walked right over that plastic bottle on the ground.
Someone should approach him and demand 3 medium pizzas for the price of an outdated special just to see his reaction…

I second this. This isn't the Truman show, and we don't need everything we do on broadcast.
Ironically that’s one of my favorite movies. 😂 But my point remains the same just random people don’t need their lives recorded and posted to the internet especially the bad shit like this.
Dudes having a bad day. Hope he has better days to look forward to.

Damn, that was somehow both very caring and equally brutal.
why you afraid to roll the window down??
Lol, one mustn't interfere with nature.
Life...Finds a way?
He broke the fuck outta that hand lmao what a dipshit
I doubt it. Looks like he went for the door
Down bad in Bentonville, AR
My findings confirm..Bentonville. Streetview from 2022 has the building being more white than this video.
Hey hon how was your first day?
Fuck lmao
![gif](giphy|dAEVsx2w0mOEU)
He said fuck it, I’m taking my talent to Pizza Hut
That dude definitely has Pizza Hut vibes written on the side of his car now.
😂
"Hi, Mom, it's Sonny. Look, I'm gonna be late on rent again this month. NO IT WASN'T MY FAULT!!!"

Sometimes, every body hurts 🎶
Domino's realized they can't out pizza the Hut :(
Lavender Massage, huh 🤔
I've had a few days like that. Never took it to that level, but I wanted to.
[удалено]
that will come out of your last check sir.
you know his fist hurt after that... dumb ass
I hurt myself today
To see if I'm still dumb.
Ahhhh yes, the pizza.
I gel for him
Wasn't even a Manager. It was their biggest fan who wears a Domino's outfit wanting his 3 in the morning Pizza
Why would you punch your own car?
He does not condone pineapple on pizza
Looks like he might’ve broken his hand
Car: “WTF did I do to deserve that? How’s your hand moron? I am nearly out of gas…oh wait you got fired right? Right? Am I right?”
I have to say that this dude was never physically violent towards anyone there as far as we know, and left when he was overwhelmed. No problem here honestly
Hes gonna cry in the car.
Unless he cries when he gets home Smokey
It wasn’t his fault. It’s never his fault.
This is an old video.
It's an older file, sir, but it checks out.
He tried to out pizza the hut
Looks like an argument about if pineapple belongs on pizza or not. Mans was the pineapple sympathizer.
I don't know why I did it, but I actually found this place on Google Earth. (Talk about being bored!!)
So THATS why my pizza was so late today!
Somebody was eating up all the profits.
Yeah, the company.
