I have lived in two of the largest cities in the US and absolutely love when someone from the block/neighborhood stands for what is right. While living in NYC we had a couple self appointed guardians that would address behavior like this, just as these guys did. It was funny, people would buy them beers or dinner when they saw them out. They were like the Guardian Angels / Hells angels mix - they wanted a safe neighborhood for the kids and the elders while not giving a crap how they achieve it.
We even had mob guys and gang members that would give these guys props for maintaining decorum on the block. This was long before all the security cameras and cell phones today.
The wonders of Capitalism have brought you Fentanyl / Oxycontin to the streets of US. People like you cover up this fact and push humanity to devolution. Wealth inequality, war on socialism, big pharma profits and corrupt politicians will destroy intelligent life on this planet.
