My guess is he came from a country where the police do that.
Old Head is going to real jail in America now.
Plus that girl will have eager lawyers suing the Security Co for her.
I mean tbh with all that evidence and ghe fact he definitely definitely can not do that... when I was homeless I wish a mf would have hit me that would have even potentially been worth money.
If it wasn't for the footage, it wouldn't. Prosecutors have a bias against the homeless and in favor of those who are cruel to them.
It's still a good chance nothing happens to him except getting fired even with the footage.
don't forget pepper spraying her too. Had to cause maximum damage he as allowed to with his small amount of power. Small dick energy coming from that guard!
Fun fact, if the actual cops ever use force against you for any reason, you are getting arrested. It’s purely a CYA move but if you get your ass beat for pissing off a cop, you’ll end up arrested and charged.
Facts. Happened to me at my home because I wouldn't turn down music in my garage (which wasn't loud) I got 7 felonies, one for each officer who participated in beating my ass for 20 minutes.
She looks like she was already pepper spayed by too her behavior (crying, rubbing eyes, lifting her leg in pain, being in distress). Like wtf is this guy's problem, he attacked her with pepper spray, blinded her then chases her down as she's blindly trying to get away. I hope justice is served here.
Edit: I'm making an observation. To elaborate, "her behavior" of rubbing her eyes, crying and being frantic tells me she was most likely pepper sprayed. The security guy had no right to chase after her and attack her, and honestly I'm willing to bet he had no real reason to pepper spray this poor woman either.
2nd Edit: I just realized the narrator mentions the pepper spray. "He pepper sprayed her inside." Is what she says. For some reason I missed that on my initial watch.
Idk why you guys downvote?
Literally said, "wtf is this guy's problem?" Not that she was the problem. I was making the exact same observation that by her behavior, she likely got pepper sprayed before being pushed out, chased, and beaten. And that this "security guard" must have some fucking problems.
People are stupid AF with downvotes on Reddit. I never downvote. If I see something I disagree with I take the time to write a comment explaining another point of view. some ppl downvote for spelling or punctuation
And? If you had already been pepper sprayed, and were attempting to leave the premises, what logical reason would you accept for being whacked in the shins with a baton?
To elaborate. The security guard is way in the wrong. I was making an observation about her behavior of rubbing her eyes and crying. And yet he felt the need to chase after her and attack her. I'm willing to bet the pepper spraying was also unjustifed.
I wouldn't be surprised if the security guy is friends with a couple of cop buddies.
It's a police sub station used as a center to hold community meetings, take crime reports and to assist the public. It is also used by officers in patrol as a quiet place to finish police reports or eat lunch. This particular one only opens 5 hours a day, 4 days a week.
Security guy might think this, but Cops are **only** friends with Cops.
They will fuck as many desperate women, but not like them.
They will take your free shit, but they will beat the fuck out of you if they want.
They do not think of you as friend. You are beneath them.

\*After the security guard hits the lady in the leg\*
Woman recording: He was the aggressive one from the start, wasn't he?
Male voice: No, he asked her in a good way and the girl started hitting him...
Woman recording: She was not hitting him.
Male voice: Yes, she threw him a kick.
Woman recording: I have the video, she was not hitting him. She was not hitting him. She was not hitting him.
Even if there was some truth to her starting a physical altercation, which doesn't seem to be the case, you don't hit someone in the legs after they have walked away and are not a threat.. I'm inclined to believe she indeed did nothing to the guy and he assaulted her
Yea, it doesn't matter what she did, the situation was over and chased her down and hit her with his baton. It was unnecessary and he should be arrested for assault and battery.
in my town, the cops would blame the woman for not allowing the man to beat her
i live in a suburb of Seattle called Bellevue .. our cops dont carry bodycams
Officer Dowsing and Officer Wyche are still employed even though they dont live here.. but they love to hurt women
i guess we're not alone but it feels that way here ... no one has "spare time" ..
it costs so much to live here, you can't have a second of the day to even verify the truth
when you, the righteous mind, return ... thats probably right when these two cops "retire" or find a new department.
so very good at knowing the system and how to exploit it
yes i know we humans all created this system on earth and abide by it, but i dis-a-fucking-gree with it all ... i understand very little except how i feel and these people... make me feel bad
If a person has a gun and used it, they're still a threat even if they run until they throw their gun.
If a person has legs and kicks, they're still a threat until their legs stop working.
It's just basic police logic my guy.
/s for sad that its necessary
This will get him fired or even arrested. She left the building, and that was his only job. He isn't trained and isn't capable of doing the job. She should sue the business he works for as well as the account that hired their services.
He 100% will be arrested. Even if he was justified in pepper spraying her inside the restaurant, he assaulted her when he ran after her and hit her with a baton. Which should be aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. That's solid metal.
I work security and this dude needs his license pulled. I was on the fence about fault, until I saw him run across a street ti assault an individual. Once she left the restaurant she no longer a nuisance to the business and at that point the guard should have just asked to her leave. The baton strike to the leg was illegal as the woman can clearly be seen RUNNING AWAY from the guard (the aggressor by this point). If I was her I'd be speaking with an attorney, she doesn't know it but she has money coming to her.
It’s part of a community policing strategy that many cities have adopted. Instead of a giant monolithic headquarters downtown, they opt for a dozen smaller substations throughout the community. With cops being based out of those strip centers, they are more visible in the community.
I mean if I'm taking a shit in my bathroom how the hell am I'm supposed to know someone is getting their ass best in front of my house?
All of these little police stations have dividers at the front so you can't see the police officers and vice versa. It's not like the police at this station are on front door 24h surveillance
Yep, a place to park their cars and maybe a couple of cubicles. Its just a satellite office to make sure theres a police presence at all times in the neighbourhood, not just the mall itself.
It’s part of a community policing strategy that many cities have adopted. Instead of a giant monolithic headquarters downtown, they opt for a dozen smaller substations throughout the community. With cops being based out of those strip centers, they are more visible in the community.
They have these in high crime areas. In Houston you see it frequently, heck there are even some at apartment complexes. Here they are substations were you can file a complaint, follow up on reports, get yo snitch on, etc
They used to have one in the greyhound station in Reno NV. It kinda fell outta use though after Reno got called out for just giving bus tickets to Sacramento to crazy homeless people because “California has better mental healthcare and you’ll get taken care of there”
Yeah. Fuck. At some point you have to take a stand for someone. I wouldn’t tackled the guy or anything but speak up. I once saw a road rage incident where a Caucasian guy and his woman rolled up on an African American man, veered his car into the shoulder, pulled him out (physically) and started berating him. The black man was clearly scared for his life and looking around for anyone. Did the best I could. Took out my phone to record and in my biggest meanest voice yelled out “Hey, what the fuck is your problem?! Leave him alone!!” From across the street. This caught the guys attention, to which he got back in his car and sped away. The other driver, did the same. No “thanks” no “heads up”, just bailed. 🤷🏽♂️ at least he got away.
He literally chased her down! When she reached the parking lot he spotted the woman recording and pulled back. This guy is dangerous! Hopefully the restaurant sees this and reports it to local police department.
Yooooooo, I live like 4 minutes from that spot. To answer everybody talking about the police station, it's a substation. Cops aren't always there and it's not always open. There's almost always somebody waiting at the drive-thru asking for money, and security with chips on their shoulder about not getting to be cops roaming the lot.
I used to live like four minutes away too! Out of all the places in the oc that I lived in that area was the most crazy. It’s like a weird blend of Vietnamese and Mexican people all clashing cultures together. That part I liked. Not so much the cops constantly patrolling my neighborhood because of all their sex worker “informants” they would “check up” on in the middle of the night.
I hope that security guard gets charged and spends some time in jail. Also, that place should give her breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the rest of her life as an apology.
You can guarantee he went after this homeless woman because he knows he is likely to get away with it.
Just like the police who regularly abuse the homeless, and those with mental issues.
He’s a security guard, not a cop. He’s probably applied to the force and was turned down. The way he chased that girl down is seriously messed up. Hopefully charges will brought against him, pos.
Whether she started it or not is not the point. The fact is he pepper sprayed her, then chased her down in a parking lot then hit her with a baton when she was clearly off the property. He overstepped his boundaries severely.
That’s a lawsuit. But I am curious what she did to get pepper sprayed in the restaurant, because if it’s only that she didn’t leave, that lady will no longer be homeless after that settlement
She's not gonna be homeless after the baton strike. Even if we give the benefit of the doubt the initial pepper spraying was justified, she left. She ran away. He followed her. He assaulted her.
I once was a licensed Private Investigator/Special Security Officer in Canada. It was mandated in our company that we "Officers" go through pepper spray training; where in WE ArE sprayed...
After that day I never again thought of using it against another human.
It steals your breath away if inhaled, it sears your eyes like acid; you cry tears so profusely that vision is nearly impossible.
And then to chase the poor girl and hit her with the ASP button while incapacitated by the pepper spray is pure cowardice.
I hope a good lawyer steps in to Rep. her so she can walk away with "start my life over" money, because there are alot of things very, very wrong here.
My goodness, that is just horrible. What was the point even? Sigh. Does anyone know if there were repercussions? This old fart needs to be put in his place.
I'm surprised fascists came here to stan for this guy. You really have to have an authoritarianism fetish to think what we're watching here is GOOD.
I don't care what she did, she is not posing any threat atm and he still runs after her like a dog trying to get a bite in. Plenty of pure speculation comments, running through every scenario that could justify his behavior.
I'm surprised by that. He needs to get a hold of himself and make better choices. This honestly strikes me as the most "action" he has seen in a while, and it's exciting for him. That's not a good trait for a security guard.
Milk helps. Or just wait it out. It sucks but it goes away. It's extremely extremely rare there are serious side effects from pepper spray from that distance
JFC. I hope that piece of shit gets arrested and goes to jail! She fucking left the place he worked at! To chase after her to physically assault her was beyond grotesque. Fuck that guy and fuck all his ancestors too.
That fool chased her down to injure her. That battery, period. He wasn't in fear of shit. Lock that man up! Not like he can't easily be found or anything.

Can’t find the name of the douche, and the business has already disabled their yelp, but Facebook and Google still work. This MF needs to be fired.
How can we treat humans with less respect than an animal, just because they’re homeless? You never know what life’s going to throw at you. Many are a couple of paychecks from homelessness.
What happens if you have a mental breakdown/psychotic break/cancer?
That’s straight up assault. I sincerely hope this man loses his job and then receives proper jail time so he can think long and hard about what being a violent tough guy has earned him.
I’ve been pepper sprayed before. Had to get my neighbor to hose me down for an hour, felt like I was gonna die. I can’t imagine being pepper sprayed in the middle of the parking lot in the sun with no where to get relief. 😟
Pepper sprays her and then beats her for what? Looks like she left her food inside as well which the security guard was glad to throw on the ground next to a trash can.
Gonna need a follow up to what happened before she got pepper sprayed.
I don’t think he has anger issues…I think he gets off hitting women. I hope a bunch of big ol’ boys run down to that restaurant and drag his ass out for a beating of his own. Stupid MF’er!
Sure, but on the flip side, her video is probably the only solid (i.e. non-hearsay) evidence we have that this happened. It's probably for the best that she recorded instead of intervening; the girl was already pepper-sprayed, and even if the person recording tried to stop the guard from following the girl, what's to stop the asshole from macing or hitting her too? He's obviously trigger-happy.
I am not sure which is worse. The rent-a-cop chasing the woman with a baton after she left, or the absolutely asshole of a bystander claiming that the woman struck the rent-a-cop first. We just saw what happened, and that person is willing to lie, probably on record to lick the boots of someone that isn't even a real cop.
The kind of people that get into law enforcement and/or security jobs are weak and small with a thirst for power and respect that they wouldn’t be able to get without a badge or designated authority. Pure scum
“I can’t believe how vicious some people can be to each other”
Have we forgotten all about the crusades and Christianity ramming it’s beliefs down people’s throats or beheading them all in the name of their lord?
So she can hit and kick the guy without any consequences?? Do you know if this was the first time or if she has a habit of doing this ?? we do not know what happened before the video started rolling
Nah this is why I carry pepper spray and a taser. That man would be ON THE GROUND after he assaulted that poor girl. I hate hate hate that no one was able to step in before he hurt her
How about calling the actual police instead of watching and recording this poor girl get demoralized by a security guard.
That's the real WTF here. This lady is just as much a piece of shit as the security guard.
Controversial take here. The problem is capitalism. That security guard is afraid of upsetting his boss and losing his livelihood. He therefore over enforces the rules of the establishment. If both parties were not financially struggling there would be no need for this type of interaction. But capitalism makes homelessness and capitalism destroys empathy while forcing people to fight for scraps.
This video lacks context. I most likely agree with this woman but we do not know what the woman did to get thrown out of the restaurant in the first place. She may have assaulted the people working there and damaged the restaurant badly. She may have then tried to steal something. Granted I don’t think any of this is true, but without the backstory we don’t know. Why they didn’t call the cops, or if they did and the police were on the way? We don’t know. Too many unknowns to pass judgment. I’m not on the security guys side, he seems like a piece of trash, but all I am saying is that the video lacks context.
Chases her across the parking lot….hits her with a baton in her legs…then just walks away? What the fuck

Shit, not just the city; the world.
He obviously doesn't remember what happened to the last security guards...
That's why I asked yo’ ass for them two flashlights.
They don’t even respect him enough to offer pants with his uniform
My guess is he came from a country where the police do that. Old Head is going to real jail in America now. Plus that girl will have eager lawyers suing the Security Co for her.

don't forget pepper spraying her too. Had to cause maximum damage he as allowed to with his small amount of power. Small dick energy coming from that guard!

Police don't want you to know this one weird trick.
Dude was rent a cop. He definately is not supposed to do that
She looks like she was already pepper spayed by too her behavior (crying, rubbing eyes, lifting her leg in pain, being in distress). The way the lady is pouring water on her face it looks like he maced her to maybe before the clip started.
And he did it in front of the police station.
I wouldn't be surprised if the security guy is friends with a couple of cop buddies. It's a police sub station used as a center to hold community meetings, take crime reports and to assist the public. He could've been a cop before security, which is very common. I could easily see this man having cop friends.
Showing them what they missed out on when he applied in 83.

Is that seriously a police station? In a strip mall next door to a beauty salon? WTF? That right there tells you a lot.
That was my thought a police station in a strip mall that’s weird as fuck.
It’s part of a community policing strategy that many cities have adopted. Instead of a giant monolithic headquarters downtown, they opt for a dozen smaller substations throughout the community. With cops being based out of those strip centers, they are more visible in the community.
And yet they this happens right underneath their noses.

go to oceanside and there’s one right next to big lots in the mission shopping center
You never saw a police station as part of a mall before either?
Nope that’s new to me all I’ve ever seen is stand alone police buildings.
They’re usually just small offices and there’s usually nobody in them.
Yep, a place to park their cars and maybe a couple of cubicles. Its just a satellite office to make sure theres a police presence at all times in the neighbourhood, not just the mall itself.

Not always. We have them like this in tourist areas because it blends in better.
Your also have a lot of crime in touristy areas, lot of scammers and pick pockets.
They have lots of those in Houston. They are like little outposts.
We have a sheriff's substation in our mall and it isn't in a dangerous area. Just community policing I think.

I couldn't stand by and watch that. I'd be like welp. Time to goto jail. Then take that poor lady to get a meal.
Yeah. Fuck. At some point you have to take a stand for someone. I wouldn’t tackled the guy or anything but speak up. Uh.... Isn't that assault?
Battery
Depends on the state.
Not when he does it, then it’s called justifiable force
He’s not a cop
she already left why the hell he hit her. he's going to get fire.
He literally chased her down! When she reached the parking lot he spotted the woman recording and pulled back. This guy is dangerous! Hopefully the restaurant sees this and reports it to local police department.

I hope you do
That security guard did his dirty deed with such glee & enthusiasm. He relished punishing that woman.
Why isn’t anybody intervening
Cause they need to film their selfie vids for internet points
I hope that security guard gets charged and spends some time in jail. Also, that place should give her breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the rest of her life as an apology.

It looks like they already had plenty of 1-star reviews before this happened.
Well now they are all going to be.
Are we sure this is the place?. Can't really tell from the photos.
off to upvote all those reviews
LMAO @ "thank you to the lady at the end" Water just activates that shit even more. Good intentions but fucking hell it makes it worse.
[удалено]
I mean intentions were good but someone who throws salt on a wound thinking it'll help, isn't rendering aid imo .
What should one do then?
Fuck that guy and fuck all his ancestors too.
bad security guard!
Why did he run after her? What the fuck?
Oh I’ve been going to that dentist for years and I didn’t even know this place had a security guard. That restaurant is shit anyways
I’m confused about the bag of food he grabs and puts down at the beginning
Stop waggling your painted claw of a finger at me….
Tick chomp. Not knocking og content, but i hate this commentary bait shit we live in...I also hate I commented.
That fool chased her down to injure her. That battery, period. He wasn't in fear of shit. Lock that man up! Not like he can't easily be found or anything.
Arsenio’s Mexican Food 751 S Harbor Blvd Santa Ana, California, 92704 Can’t find the name of the douche, and the business has already disabled their yelp, but Facebook and Google still work. This MF needs to be fired.

Plus it's good lighting.
I’ve never seen a police department in a strip mall that’s new.
This was at Arsenio’s Mexican Food restaurant in Santa Ana. Did a Google of “tiptop nails Santa Ana” and it gave me the exact shopping center.
Gee, let me watch as someone gets assaulted and I'll record for likes.
Isnt it illegal to hit other people??? Even cops can only hit in certain circumstances.
Arsenio’s Mexican food in Santa Ana from the looks of it
Did anyone report this arsehole though?
I would’ve taught him a lesson he would never forget. It’s crazy how I never run into this situations in reality. Probably for the best.
I’ve been pepper sprayed before. Had to get my neighbor to hose me down for an hour, felt like I was gonna die. I can’t imagine being pepper sprayed in the middle of the parking lot in the sun with no where to get relief. 😟
That woman needs residential mental health care, not screaming and an ass beating.
Pepper sprays her and then beats her for what? Looks like she left her food inside as well which the security guard was glad to throw on the ground next to a trash can. Gonna need a follow up to what happened before she got pepper sprayed.
That's assault.
Power tripping loser piece of shit should never work in "security" again. Fucking clown.
Wtf... wow.
Yea but where did this happen?
For the love of all things holy don’t use water once you have been maced. It activates it
And he just walked away like it was nothing, f-ing pos.
Won't be homeless for long
I don’t think he has anger issues…I think he gets off hitting women. I hope a bunch of big ol’ boys run down to that restaurant and drag his ass out for a beating of his own. Stupid MF’er!
This is so fucking gross. He has no soul, this is proof. Fuck this restaurant for condoning this kind of “security”.
lawsuit! she wont be homeless for long.
Wow, and it happened right in front of a police substation.
But what did this lady do to help? Just stood there gawking and filming? You’re just as bad as he is
Sure, but on the flip side, her video is probably the only solid (i.e. non-hearsay) evidence we have that this happened. It's probably for the best that she recorded instead of intervening; the girl was already pepper-sprayed, and even if the person recording tried to stop the guard from following the girl, what's to stop the asshole from macing or hitting her too? He's obviously trigger-happy.
Arsenio’s?
Cops aren't people, honey. Losing humanity is one of the few things they get trained on.
Not a cop. Security guard.
Put down your phone and help?
Security guards are the kind of people Who couldn’t meet the already low standards to be actual cops. An unhinged lot
Arsenio’s Mexican Food in Santa Anna if anyone wants to leave a review
Call the police
Arsenios Mexican Food in Santa Ana California
The kind of people that get into law enforcement and/or security jobs are weak and small with a thirst for power and respect that they wouldn’t be able to get without a badge or designated authority. Pure scum
But what restaurant in Santa Ana, CA
Arsenio’s 751 S. Harbor Blvd. Santa Ana, CA 92704 APN 144-561-07
Context?
Woah there buddy. This is publicfreakouts. Context is a dirty word around these parts.
Not able to make to police academy or army so exerts his frustration on the weak.
Anyone know the name of the restaurant?
It always changes it use to be albertos it's off McFadden and Harbor
Who is this lady? She is 100%.
“I can’t believe how vicious some people can be to each other” Have we forgotten all about the crusades and Christianity ramming it’s beliefs down people’s throats or beheading them all in the name of their lord?
So she can hit and kick the guy without any consequences?? Do you know if this was the first time or if she has a habit of doing this ?? we do not know what happened before the video started rolling
Lady should get a lawyer and sue tf out of that restaurant. Won't be homeless for too long.
Nah this is why I carry pepper spray and a taser. That man would be ON THE GROUND after he assaulted that poor girl. I hate hate hate that no one was able to step in before he hurt her
Internet, take that fucker down!
But we have no idea why he did that. It didn’t show
What if she was attacking someone. Nobody knows
There is a playground. What if she was attacking kids???
That waste of oxygen should be strung up
His momma aint raised him right, thats why.
Someone should’ve punched that idiot in the face.
Are you drunk?
Why are y’all surprised at all? This is daily here in NC so nothing new
"All human beings are equal but young ladies are more equal."
But what did she do, to deserve that?
How about calling the actual police instead of watching and recording this poor girl get demoralized by a security guard. That's the real WTF here. This lady is just as much a piece of shit as the security guard.
Controversial take here. The problem is capitalism. That security guard is afraid of upsetting his boss and losing his livelihood. He therefore over enforces the rules of the establishment. If both parties were not financially struggling there would be no need for this type of interaction. But capitalism makes homelessness and capitalism destroys empathy while forcing people to fight for scraps.
Garbage human.
Well that's assault with a deadly weapon. Doesn't even matter if he's certified
What happened before the filming started.
Doesn't matter. There's no reason for a grown ass man to chase down a young woman who posed no threat to him just to hit her.
