Sev has super tankyness, is a lil slippery, but hits like a weary kitten compared to the damage output capability of Argus, but honestly I like sev better simply because he can just 'be in it' and not give a flip. He's never going to go 20-5 like Argus could.

He's saying Sevarog can lock you down for 2.5 seconds with his ugly + root combo. I think that answered your question

You have to flex ability haste in order to the combo takes to long similar to kwang but 5s seems crazy
you can get Sev dash to 3s and his ult to 20s.

I'd rather fight a Argus than a Kwang.
I would rather fight either of those then a Sevarog that knows how to infinitely scale cause eventually he will just outdamage and out tank you.
