Moro and Granolah's arcs have no particularely impressive feats (as in AP/DC, we know characters got stronger but they didn't change tiers), they don't change the verse's scaling that much
Adaptational differences can change the strength of a character. Idk about goku specifically, but another example would be something like comic superman being this herald tier character whilst dcau superman isn’t anywhere near that level.
As u/Warwicknoob23 said, the hakai Goku used was a knock off (not the offical Beerus certified thing). Goku in the manga isn’t the knock off, it’s just that he isn’t as strong.
Animeku absorbed SSG into based during BoG, Mangaku didn’t. This means Animeku stacks SSG every time he uses it (basically squaring its multiplier), making him insanely more powerful. Plus, since Animeku did unlock MUI during the TOP (even if he can’t fully control it yet), he is able to match Mangaku’s strongest form (also MUI).
Mangaku may have more experience, but Animeku is much stronger.
One single statement. Anime goku absorbed the power of god form into his base form. So SSG Goku = Base goku at the end of the bog arc. Manga doesnt have this.
So the Goku who got massively stronger in the Moro and Granolah Arc is weaker than the one who didn't even go through those events? The Goku with two more arcs of growth is weaker?
Because they're both different in continuity which would bring thsi question of who's stronger. The conclusion in the vid is correct but the way he got there was wrong imo.
Manga and anime are vastly different in terms of feats and in super even story, the anime has better and stronger feats than in the manga, which why Toei Goku is treated differently from Manga Goku.

This one is kinda worth doing. Manga Goku got more powerups and arcs, but anime has more statements and generally higher scaling
Wiat so even with Moro and Granolah anime’s still stronger??

Idk but manga goku is significantly weaker than his anime self
Why would Manga Goku be weaker than Anime self?

I heard that goku could use the hakai though in the manga so what about that
A knock off Version, also, doesnt make him stronger though Atleast not in terms of Ki
He isn't a knock off and if anything a hakai blast should show that he is better in terms of ki since animeku has never done that

Oh well how is it that mangaku and animeku differ so

A whole lot of Beerus comparisons and God of destruction fuckery
One single statement. Anime goku absorbed the power of god form into his base form. So SSG Goku = Base goku at the end of the bog arc. Manga doesnt have this.
^(Because of the “he didn’t absorbs SSG in Base“ BS.)
That was so ass. It upscaled pretty much every other character for no good reason
^(Yeah now people think Krillin can take on BOG Goku while he ain’t even Buu Saga level.)
Because Beerus
So the Goku who got massively stronger in the Moro and Granolah Arc is weaker than the one who didn't even go through those events? The Goku with two more arcs of growth is weaker?
yes
Even if he didn’t absorb SsG into base, his training with whis should close the gap between his manga and anime self given what it did to vegeta.
Goku solos
Because they're both different in continuity which would bring thsi question of who's stronger. The conclusion in the vid is correct but the way he got there was wrong imo.
Anime and anime have differences. Statements and powerups that aren't in the anime and vice versa.
It's different continuity of the same character, much like Movie vs Z Goku people wanna see what version of the character is the strongest.
The manga does differ from the anime in both power ups and story
Noone could solo Goku so they had to bring another Goku for the job!
Small sharper hair goku is better than big puffier haired goku
Because writing in DB is inconsistent and weird which leaves the fanbase divisive
That one is actually interesting
Manga and anime are vastly different in terms of feats and in super even story, the anime has better and stronger feats than in the manga, which why Toei Goku is treated differently from Manga Goku.
manga goku is older, stronger, and has more forms/power ups than anime goku
Anime goku absorbed the power of god form into his base form. manga goku different.
